Great room! Very comfortable. The location is near the center of the city and the restaurants. In the end there was a 10% service charge that wasn’t expected. The staff was very helpful.

Villa Cassandra is located near to Victoria Park, the Lake and the Grand Indian (walking distance). The Owner was always there for us (thank you!). We liked comfy beds and heater in the room. The temperature and pressure of water was always satisfactory. The place is very clean and WiFi was very good. We like high rooms.

The villa was in a great location - walking distance to town and grand hotel and a convenience shop at hotel 5 minutes away. Our room and bed were huge and clean and quiet and had a lot of storage. it had a kettle and heater and tv and we were given water everyday… the hot shower was wonderful. our host was helpful with everything . we love our stay here and recommend it

Some of the wall sockets were not working as expected. Shampoo & Conditioner bottles were empty.

Lalindra was a great host. Very helpful and not invasive at all. Location was perfect for someone who wants to stay near the town but also look for a peaceful environment (Scenic views are somewhat limited). All the required amenities were available and working as expected. Bed, sheets and the duvet were warm and comfortable

The location is so perfect, walking distance to Victoria Gardens, racecourse, Lake Gregory and a short stroll to the golf course. Our host was particularly friendly and helpful, organizing transport and providing advice. Our rooms were spacious with a couple of seats and a table, as well as a stand on which to place your luggage.

Only accept cash payment. Not a massive issue but you need to forward plan as you can only withdraw 100-150000lk from an ATM in Sri Lanka each day.

Very nice hotel in a great location in the town. Rooms were spacious and clean with hot water and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. Very quiet.

This property is in a good location. It’s quiet but easy to walk to everything. We came and went no problems. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was great. Breakfast was lovely. And we had a fabulous dinner at the Grand Hotel Indian around the corner. It was all we could have asked for one night. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was a bit light for my preference.

Extremely spacious rooms and bathrooms. Well maintained lawn where my wife and I played with volleyball in the evening. There is a heater to make the night comfortable. The staff were very helpful and informative. Very close to the grand hotel.

The hotel and its room are very good.view from balcony is outstanding.the hotel has british colonial vibe that amaze me very much.the manager narendra is very helpful.If revisit nuwara eliya definetely come here.hotel is in central location but at the same time free from hustle.
