We stayed for three days, and during that time, they could have changed the towels and cleaned the room, as it was full of sand from the beach.

The only complaint is that my laundry wasn't delivered the next day (as agreed) but only the day after that, so if you're only planning an overnight stay I wouldn't necessarily rely on their laundry service. Otherwise no complaints.

Clean, comfortable rooms with a great balcony. Direct access to the beach, although our room did not have sea view (but also wasn't advertised as such so no problem with that). Friendly and helpful staff, decent bar/restaurant.

Great location , right in the middle of Mirissa Beach. The room was pretty basic , no TV Staff was helpful and cheerful. The restaurant that attached to the hotel was really good, it has open kitchen and the food preparation was outstanding. Hotel accepts only cash !!! Restaurant accepts cards only for dinner. Confusing bit .. hotel has the 4star rating in booking.com, it is not ..

It could have been better if card payments were allowed, super helpful. During my stay both room charges and food charges were only accepted in cash.

The breakfast was really good. You get a fruit plate, bread butter & jam with eggs, also tea or coffee with a sweet dessert. I would say a complete breakfast. The staff does a really good job, great hospitality first thing in the morning at breakfast. The location is exceptional, right on the beach. You dine right on the beach with fantastic view of waves tumbling on the golden sand. The sound of sea waves at night when you are at bed is so relaxing - it's sound therapy. The world famous parrot rock is a regular view from the hotel and the iconic coconut tree hill is walking distance. Easy access to the daily late night parties on the beach. Such a great selection of a hotel.

Location right on the beach, staff are amazing and very friendly,especially Malith with his big smile! Beach bar and food was excellent , with very good service ,we love the vibe there.

- smell of mould and general room humidity even with A/C on - not perfectly clean or at least a general impression of untidy especially in the bathroom

- location: near the beach, not near the street, so it was quiet - breakfast: choice between omelette and scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetables, fruit juice, coffee, tea - hotel restaurant which is on the beach is very good, with fresh fish and tasty dishes - room was spacious with A/C and ventilator
