Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. RomaniaThe rooms really need some renovation, and also more attention from the staff. Laundry was not clean, same for curtains and window. In the bathroom there was no soap or bin. All these take away the beautiful parts of the place
The location, the view and the staff are indeed exceptional. The food was also tasty.

BelgiumWe were traveling with a rental tuktuk so we asked for private parking, but this accommodation lies in the mountains and it had a very steep 'driveway' down to park. This was very difficult and also kind of dangerous. To us, this didn't count as a private parking, since it was directly accessible from the main road. To arrive to the house you had to go down at least another 50 steps. Not very convenient with our luggage (and they didn't really help us). The room was not very clean, and you could notice that the blankets are not washed very often.
The family is very friendly and does everything to make you feel at home. When we arrived, they immediately offered us tea and cookies and they also made a nice dinner for us.

United KingdomThe room was disappointing: the outdoor facing entry door had huge gap that allowed a draft in, the window/shutter in the bathroom was broken and rattled in the wind, the toilet was leaking, bathroom was in poor condition - no hot water (only lukewarm). There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room.
Views on the valley. Hospitable and very welcoming owners. They offered us tea on arrival and suggested how to organise our day, helping us with transport.

Switzerlandthe first room was smelly and had mould on the walls, but the staff was really nice to us when we asked for another room. The next day we were able to switch the rooms and there was no mould and not smelly anymore :))
The fooood was delicious and its nice that all the guests eat together :)
