CanadaThe room was very small. To move around one needed to move the chair all the time. The bed was small. The shower very small too. The TV was on the wall but due to the size of the room it was practically not possible to watch it as one did sit right under the TV and could not see the screen. All noise from the restaurant (some people were partying every night) came straight to the room and it didn't stop until long after midnight. The reception refused to do anything about it. The air conditioning and temperature control in the room didn't work.
Breakfast was very good. There was food and drink for any taste and diet. Served on time and the area kept very clean from the beginning of the breakfast to the end.

FranceNo window, no day light, the room is extremely small, it’s more a closet than a room, and the breakfast is not freshly cooked but simply warmed from the other day. The bathroom has leaks everywhere, the water is all around the floor moving out from the shower corner.

LatviaUnfortunately, it was impossible to enter the hotel normaly with a wheelchair through the main door. The hotel entrance and reception area are not adapted good for wheelchairs. The elevator is only available in the lobby, reception is in the first floor. Only from the back of the hotel - from the parking lot is a very steep and narrow ramp. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator and if hotel is busy there is low chance to get elevator fast. The room we rented did not have an air conditioner that gives cool air, only hot. The room was too hot and the open window did not helped with air exchange, because the window is in a glass shaft inside the hotel, where outside air does not enter. The time spent in the room and the nights was too hot, especially for the dog. We should sleep with the room door open. But The personal of hotel was responsive, gave us an air cooler, who helped a bit. This room could be a bit more renovated, the walls were not completely painted, giving the impression of an unfinished room. The carpet was stained a bit. It would be necessary to restore the shower head, the water flowed from it was quite bad. Overall, I was very happy about this chance to try this hotel for staying. Because of the kind personal & modern style, we would come back next time aswell. I think other rooms maybe are much more comfy and customized for pets.
Good location, shops & food around. Gass station also is near by. Stylish & modern hotel. We booked economy class single room, at the pictures it looked smaller than it is in real life. There was a lot of space for my stuff and the dog. Bathroom was quite big, bed was comfy but soft. In the room are the TV, fridge & table with chair. There is also a small sofa chair and small wardrobe for clothes. Inside the room was high the ceiling. Overall, this room was very good for the price and a little bigger than it was expected. Very kind personal, very responsive in all matters, quickly helps to resolve uncertainties. The personal was very accommodating! We liked, that the breakfast in holidays starts from 8, but If you need leave the hotel earlier, then You have a possibility to get take-away breakfast. Breakfast was good and enough by choice. Hotel is pet friendly, which is important for us always! Pet price was okay for the service. All the bed sheets and covers was clean and smell good. The towels also was clean. Floor in the bathroom also was clean. Room smell good. There is also a shampoos, soft slippers & water for guests.

NorwayI was not very comfortable there. My TV wasn’t working at all. The pillow felt to be the cheapest pillow in the world, stuffed with holofiber so much it felt like a was lying on a rock 😂 had quite some headache and neck pain (the blanket wasn’t of a very good quality neither). The other problem I would consider is the very thin walls. I had to put on earplugs as I heard every body sound of my neighbors 🤪. Also, saying quite frankly from my own experience with a lot of hotels, breakfast was just not good enough for a 4-star hotel. Overall it’s ok, but I had the small 1-person room and it felt a bit like I was in a carton box. wouldn’t recommend to stay in that small room for more than just 1 stopover night. Probably, I’d guess the big rooms are much better.
The location was great - very close to the airport. The building is beautiful and new and have a bit of the “chic” business vibe. The staff was amazing.

Lithuaniaeven though it looks like a new hotel, there some annoying elements, such as smell of an old / not ventilated room, broken shower gel dispenser in the bathroom, or 0 yogurt for breakfast (otherwise, i must admit, the breakfast is quite decent).
the hotel is not too far from the airport (not within a walking distance though), the staff is nice. the bathroom is quite big for the size of the room.

GermanyThe breakfast area is way too small. During peek hour when most people go eat you can barely fit into the food area. There is not enough seating there too so you have to carry out your food into the restaurant area if you want to find a seat. The bed was not really comfortable and the given pillows were way too big. We did manage to ask to bring us smaller ones. There was barely any pressure in the bathroom shower. During the New Year evening we asked if we could order dinner to our room to avoid crowded space in the restaurant and were told that they would be too busy to do that which honestly was an issue as I personally have shaky hands and would like to avoid an accident. As it was a NY celebration the staff should've been prepared for these requests and have enough staff to assist.
The breakfast buffet had quite a few different options. The staff was polite and helpful. Late check-out was possible with an extra charge.

LithuaniaElevator takes a long time to reach you. Boom barrier doesn’t work when you try to leave parking lot. Room cleaning is done until 18:00, we left hotel at 10:00 and came back from city at 16:00 and our room was still messy… Cleaner also forget to leave us enough towels and toilet paper. After we called reception we got the things that were missing but in 4 star hotel I think this shouldn’t be a case. Climate control doesn’t work or controls are too difficult, should have a mini manual. I think hotel is new and with time it will reach proper level, there aren’t many critical flaws, but those small things add up :)

NorwayIn our room the AC was licking, there was a woter drops from the sealing. The staff changed the room and provide us with a different room. In that room the AC was not working, it was a 25-27 °C, the AC was just blowing the but not cooling, so It was a extry terrible expiriance. Me and my pregnant wife was very tired after long journey and we could not move our heavy lagger again, so just was strangling all night before another long flight...
The breakfast is very good, fresh food and nicely cooked.

When we arrived the lift didn’t work, and we had to carry large suitcases to the 4th floor with no suggestion for assistance or maybe a change of the room to the lower floors. The room was large, but facing a noisy road. At the breakfast there are no tables next to the food bar. So, you need to find some place in the lobby, which is a bit strange.
