The sauna was not working during our stay, soft pillows and we had to pay 80 euros deposit for the minibar which had drinks up to 20 euros at most... Some general maintanance on the details could help the hotel feel less outdated, like a layer of paint, new carpet and cleaning up the light fixtures from insects.

The hotel is clean, good breakfast and dinner options, staff were nice helpful. Location is 10 minutes by bus to the center which is great. The spa facilities were nice to use as well.

We would have liked a kettle in the room.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and really quiet -there's a good hiking trail behind the hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet so we had a good sleep. Would definitely return.

The room was not smelling very nice so the changed our room,but new room bathroom still smelled,but we didn’t want to move again, air conditioning wasn’t working well. Very expensive.

The mattresses on the bed were too soft. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The sauna and steam room broke down on our last day. There were no bar snacks available in the bar.

The restaurant food was good quality. The hotel is well served by very close bus stops to town and to the airport. The pool, sauna and steam room are very comfortable. They provided robes and tools for the pool and spa each day.

Pool in the garden had no umbrellas to hide in the shade (trees are quite far from the pool) and only 2 deck chairs available for all the guest (plus 2-3 benches). I find it too little considering that we visited the facility in the summer, where it could be expected that most guest would opt out for outsidepool. The indoor pool had much more deck chairs, yet still not enough for all the guests. The bus timetable given at the reception is outdated - its better to use google maps.

The staff was nice and helpful. The outside and indoor pools were clean and both pools are long enough to swim in them (of course if there are not too many other guests). Room service/cleaning is provided daily.

I loved it! The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food and drinks. The hotel is conveniently close to the city center, with a bus stop right in front that provides direct access.

Mattress was a bit too soft for me. When it can be comfortable for many people, another could have issues as one could just fall down through it. Duvet may be a bit short for tall people. And shower is too short so you can not take it from the wall and apply directly. Bathroom is getting wet after taking a shower as there is no good border between shower area and a floor. Water can reach a carpet in a hall and make it wet and a bit stinky. Foot towel should be used to prevent water flows towards carpet.

The hotel has a outdoor and indoor pools and wet and dry saunas. All spa facilities are clean and well maintained. Aside of outdoor pool a grass area to take a sunbath. Take your own beach towel or duvet or beach cover to put on a grass as hotel provided sauna towels are white and would not be nice to put them on a ground. Beds are separate but could be set aside close to each other, so queen side bed could be kinda possible. Although, breakfast is the same every day, but it has a necessary offering: omelet, boiled eggs soft and hard, 3 types of mini-sausages, juice, tea/coffee, fruits. More than enough to have a good breakfast before city sightseeing. Airco was available in a room and works very well. It can make a room fresh but not too cold, and airco air flow is not against your head when you sleep, so your chance to get a cold is negligible. Hotel has a restaurant. Nothing fancy, but quite good. Hot dishes supports local food producers and meat is tasty. Well connected to city center, but bus rides once an hour.

The A/C did not cool down the room as much as you’d hope on a warm summer day. Mostly circulated the air in the room without cooling it too much. Restaurant service and food quality is only average value for money. The restaurant looks quite nice but the servers seemed overwhelmed and the food was only ok for the price.

Both indoor and outdoor pools provide a great way to cool down during warm days. Overall good spa facilities and other fun activities for all ages. Nice bar and good value for money rooms.

No coffee in the rooms!!! If the pools were heated, we weren't feeling it - the indoor pool room temperature warm but the water cold. The outdoor pool not warm at all.

Comfortable rooms and great indoor and outdoor pools. Lovely quiet forest outside of the back of the hotel where our rooms were facing. The hotel provides towelling robes and slippers for pool use. Plenty of parking - you need a car as it's a little too far to walk into town.

Beware of room 408! We entered and it smelt weird. Which we then discovered was due to damp carpet. The shower over flowed and leaked into the bedroom. Reported to housekeeper they mopped up then left towels on the wet patch. Constantly had to walk across the damp patch and the room smelt. Complained again problem not resolved. Arrived back at the hotel room at midnight. To discover that they just left the window open and expected us to reside in the room that smell of damp luckily I went down to reception and complained to the concierge who managed to find us another room that didn’t smell of damp, the carpet wasn’t soaking wet and facilities was much better so that improved our stay.

Great facilities. Lovely outdoor pool. Indoor pool with a sauna and steam room (a little bit temperamental!) Great location - bus stops directly outside that can take you into Luxembourg City and the airport. Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety. Bathrobes and slippers in rooms.

The room did not have proper ventilation and always smelled damp. The other guests made the spa environmet uncomfortable by video calling their families and talking too loud on the phone. A no-phone rule must be enforced in the spa area.

The breackfast was very good. The View of our room was also good. I loved the swimming pool and spa area (Sauna and Steam room).

The beds were very soft and sagged in the middle. There was a large event on when we were there this meant that they totally took over the bar area in the evening and there was no where for other guests to sit.

Could be even cleaner at least the pool areas and saunas. Our experience was that it cost more than we booked. Breakfast is not included in the room price.

Staff was welcoming and hotel facilities were clean but little outdated. Good location when traveling with a car and free parking on site. Delicious and versatile breakfast.
