Warm design, the wooden walls were a pleasant surprise! The Coffee corner on the corridor is an excelent choice! Thank to whom had that idea! Quiet ambiance..

Really poor breakfast

The hotel was almost in city centre. The room was quiet and clean. Parking was possible on the street or in near parking lot, and we could leave our bikes in hotel.

At the reservation we mentioned that we would be accompanied by our small dog. We never got a confirmation, or a price for this additional request. At the check-out we were charged an outrageous amount of euro 25, which is 2-3 times of what is usual for a hotel of this standing. We now suspect that they deliberately did not confirm our request to overcharge the dog.

We came back one afternoon to find two men in our room servicing the air conditioning unit, sending us away for another half hour until they were done. This was strange as we were leaning the next day.

Very nice place, good free coffee and hot tea all day, excellent selection at breakfast.

the rooms looked a little bigger in the pictures, but for sleeping it was more than enough. our kids stayed in the room in the evening and wanted to watch some tv but the tv signal was kinda crappy. luckily the wifi was ok and they could use their own tablet. if you are used to living in countryside sleeping in a hotel in a city enviremont has more noises during the nights, but that is no blame to the hotel.

everything was as expected, personelle was very nice and helpfull. correct price, great waterpressure in shower, bathrooms looked very clean, the breakfast was a silmple buffet but overall everything you can think off about a breakfast was present. in general we liked our stay.

parking - no stress if you take the underground parking closeby (5-6 euro for a night till 11 AM)

we had the family room, which is ideal for 2 parents + 2 (even adult) children very nice interior, comfy rooms breakfast was very good you can also have lunch here but there are plenty of restaurants in the center as well

It's a good hotel but a little expensive

There was nobody to open the door upon my arrival. (I arrived 30min earlier than I had given as "estimated arrival time on booking"). Also no answers on the 2 numbers provided. So I went back to the car with my luggage, had a sanitary stop in a bar across the street and went for a walk. On a second try, the hotel was open. That was very frustrating. However, I believe this was an unfortunate, atypical, situation. But should be avoided at all times. As a compensation for this unpleasant experience, I got a free room upgrade, so the hotel at least made an effort to compensate. All by all, I would recommend the hotel and go back myself.

Noice from the hallway and no view.

The room we were in, 201, was on the front. And even though there was double glazing and shutters, the room was noisy as it was on the main ring road of Diekirch. I was amazed how loud the road noise was. As if the window was open.

The hotel had a light feeling due to the use of wood as paneling. Well renovated, clean, with nice tiling in the bathrooms. Great to have the airconditioning. Beds and linen are lovely. The towels new and soft.

Nice hotel 'with a theme', clean rooms, helpful staff, good beds, small desk for your computer and a coffee machine with 2 pads daily. Shower cabine (with a step) but not the smallest one. Nice isolated windows at street side. Good heating.

Internet not working thus no online TV (Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, ...). It's not the first time we go there and we were surprised that this time, with a such nice Wine collection, we could not just buy 1 bottle and sip it at the restaurant (it was 5pm, so not in the middle of a crowded room). We ended up buying wine from a Restaurant we know nearby, borrow 2 glasses and enjoy it in our room. It's not a dissatisfaction, it is just that with such good wine, why not continue what we usually have... Maybe the personal did not know but so be it, the other Restaurant was happy.

Good Hotel Room BUT… the windows were very large and there was only a (good) curtain for the night. We felt very exposed during day time. A partial screen cover or something would have been a good solution! And traffic from the street below was loud.
