How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room was cold which gives an unwelcome feel. Radiators and towel rail need bleeding as only part worked.
Staff pretty welcoming. Good WiFi, comfortable bed. Breakfast standard fayre, no issue.

I had some problems to connect to the WiFi, signal was very weak and not being able to connect. The staff did support by restarting the router.
Nice breakfast. Tiny room but well exposed to natural light

It's a nice hotel, with a great restaurant. Staff was helpful. I had a basic room, a bit noisy because of the restaurant downstairs, but it was quiet during the night. Easy to get by bus, and next to the forest, so a good location overall. Well recommended for a short stay.

The bed was TERRIBLE. Basically a foamy on wooden slats. The time the place opened is wrong on the site.
The room was quite large. The breakfast was good. Shower was fine

I just spent the night here. Had a very simple breakfast. Costed me 10 euros by taxi to get to the hotel from the airport. Had a good shower and that was it.

Good location close to airport. Very good restaurant. Very clean. Close to excellent transit that is free throughout Luxembourg. Very good value for the money.

The checkin time seems to be very late. Also here, it shows 5PM, but there were no staffs at 5pm, we reached by 5.15 and nobody was there. Then someone attended us by 5.30PM. So please update this in the description. The breakfast was very basic. Just few croissants, hard breads and spreads. Then fixed orange juice and tea/coffee. One day, the spread(sachet) provided was infected with fungus. I kept it open so that the staff can see it.
The room was spacious enough for the money paid. You get large wardrobe with mirror, a table with a chair, bedside cabinets,medium size bed, good bedsheets, big enough bathroom and running water. The hotel was above their own restaurant and you don’t need to look for a place outside for your dinner.

Above a restaurant so thumping below until 11 pm although not too loud; breakfast very sparing if you can't eat bread like me.
Good restaurant if there is availabilty; super close to airport but still in lovely green area.

For me, the only inconvenience was that it is a little far from the city centre. In summer, the room might get a little hot.
The hotel offers a very comfortable room for a fair price (I had read some guests complaining that it was too hot, but I went in the winter). The breakfast was delicious. Which makes sense, since the hotel is also a restaurant. The localization is far from the city centre and close to the airport. However, as public transportation is free in Luxembourg, this is not a problem.

Booking.com paperwork stated check-in as of 17:00. We turned up at 17:10 to find check-in only from 17:30 which was somewhat inconvenient as we had arranged to meet family & friends. PLEASE update your website!

WiFi sometimes has a problems...
very nice staff! There is a restaurant downstairs with good Italian cuisine - a good option for dinner. However, the breakfast is not very rich, but sufficient. The hotel has its own free parking. Convenient location, quiet despite the proximity of the airport.

Beds could be higher. The mattress needs to be replaced.
