Amazing room, great location, helpful staff. One of the best ever!

1. Hotel is poorly signposted and difficult to locate on first arrival. 2. The Restaurant is located away from the hotel and therefore inconvenient if you need to pop down and get a snack. There was a vending machine in the lobby, but the choice was poor. 3. Restaurant, if you could get the one table outside in the sun for breakfast, was a nice table, with a breathtaking view. Otherwise the fare was standard and not replenished with 45 mins to go before the end of breakfast. I'm not sure some of the staff realised I could understand every word they were speaking in French about me behind my back, and were a little taken aback when I was able to point this out to them. 4. Biggest gripe is because the hotel is without air-conditioning it is stiflingly hot in sunny hot conditions. Curtains had to be kept closed during the day and the heat lingered at night making the room very uncomfortable to sleep in. 5 There was no hot water on one of the mornings of my stay. I could not recommend the hotel based on 5&6 above

Location was pretty good, handy for the city centre and for the buses. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was old and musty. There was no aircon and if you leave the windows open someone can just walk along the balcony into your room. It was also very noisy at night from the city noises.

The location is great. It is just on the edge of the old town, 4 min walk away. Parking was good if a little expensive. The staff were helpful.

The location is a short walking distance to the center, coffee shots, grocery store, bus/tram station. There is parking on the premises, and a little restaurant as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend this hotel. A great side note is that all transport is free within Luxembourg so jumping on the tram or any bus is super comfortable! The bus 6 and 16 takes you straight to/from the airport for free, and the tram takes you to the last stop which is the train station. Very convenient!

The room was nice, however I don't like that the toilet is in a separate room, without a sink! Parking was expensive.

Handy car park. Everything was spotless. Staff were very nice. Handy little fridge in reception for drinks etc. Great location.

Price. Excessive compared to two weeks before. Not clear why. The staff just said price change every day with no other explanation

We asked for the room with 2 single beds as we are friends travelling together, which was provided - although the beds are basically touching each other - but the bathroom part with the shower doesn’t have a door :/ So it wasn’t really comfortable for people whose are not a couple to travel together. No AC, it was pretty hot in the room

Room is a bit on the small side but very nicely furbished and cozy. We had a room with a view on the courtyard and even a patio to walk out unto. The hotel is located in a park so away from the noise of the city. Not too far from the center and other interesting spots.

The bathroom in the room didn’t have a door which may be a little uncomfortable when traveling with a friend or a coworker.
