Expensive for a 3*hotel, the accommodation is old and not comfortable having to walk outside the building to the restaurant on the other side of the complex where breakfast is served. Too expensive breakfast €21. The bathroom has no door, left exposed. Uncomfortable for the other person (if traveling with a friend, not spouse)

The location is incredible! Walking distance to the city, shops and sights. It’s super cute and cosy and exactly as expected. Parking was available (for a cost) and the top had all expected amenities including a decent sized fridge.

It was quite tricky to find the hotel initially. Google map directed us to different paths. The hotel is actually located inside a complex of buildings. There are two ways to get to the hotel, and one of it has a big name of the hotel at the front. Once you find the entrance, the signage would be easy to follow. Beware that the bathroom does not have a door. They provide only one bottle of water, but there is a water dispenser in the lobby where you can also grab more coffee/tea too.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 3 in the morning and were planning to wait in the lobby area until sunrise/check in time. The night auditor that day, Tobias, went out of his way to make us comfortable and even double checked the policy for checking in early for us! Our trip wouldnt be as pleasant without his help. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, there is a big sofa in the room and a working desk. It was warm and although my room window overlooks the street, I didnt hear any noise from the street. The location of the hotel is central. There is a bus stop just outside the premise and Hamilius is just 7 mins away on foot.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was excellent for walking downtown to the Christmas Markets. The restaurant associated with the hotel had a decent breakfast spread. Overall would suggest!

Veeeery expensive for 3-star. Resultant is a free min walk from the living quarters. Very warm even if the the heater is turned off, had to open the window. No curtain in the bathroom, things get wet from the show drizzle.

Relatively good location (10 min walk to public transport, walking distance to the center). Nice staff in the resultant. Cattle and fridge in the room. The room was spacious.

Our room looked straight out onto the access road to the front door, so wasn't too private. Very minor point though - it was still very quiet!

Location is brilliant - it is literally a 3/4 minute walk along the main road into the city centre. The room we had was really comfortable and clean, and staff were lovely. We needed extra pillows, and they were delivered to our door within 5 minutes.

The hotel decor is interesting- very orange! Some stains on curtains in room. Parking was expensive (€25 a day).

Location of hotel was great, very short distance to city centre. Bed was comfortable (pillows too soft though) we stayed with our baby and they provided us a cot and also a comforter for him to use which was very sweet. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was cold but I figured out how to turn up radiator, should have been higher than 8 degrees. It is a pity the bar/food is in another area, it put me off going there, went into town instead. These are minor issues, would stay again.

Nice room, great shower, good supplies in room, tea, coffee, water is available freely at reception, which was good.

The restaurant is outside the hotel complex, which means one has to go outside and walk a couple of minutes to go for breakfast. Given Luxemburg can get quite cold in the morning, this is not agreeable.

Hotel is centrally located. The room was very comfortable and even had a balcony. Breakfast was decent.

Rooms smaller than appear on website. Hotel 70s concrete. Parking expensive on site but free in surrounding streets at weekends. Bit of a hassle driving in and out when unloading / checking out as barrier in place and very small space to pull in at entrance to complex
