We had a program to visit, but check-in is 1 hour late than the announced time.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but we did have dinner and it was superb. We chose the hotel because of the location and it lived up to our expectations.

The room was very small, tripped over my case a few times as there wasn’t anywhere to put it. Otherwise, a nice clean room.

Comfortable and safe. The room was a bit outdated but otherwise good shower and bed was nice and comfortable.

The bathroom has no door!!!!!!!

The room was spacious and clean, had a tv, fridge, safe and lamps and all the usual hotel stuff. Was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable.

Thought the charge for parking was rather high. The expelair in the lavatory was not working.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly, but was brand new and no one assisted her while staff was on hand watching. The result was a 20 minute check in process that should have gone much faster

They only gave us coffee for one day. We were there for 4 nights. Said we could only get one day Also restaurant was a little pricey. Never had breakfast there so can't comment on that..

Good location. Nice big park across the street. We walked all over. Loved the city. Hotel was clean, friendly and beds were very comfortable.

They don't have a bar or much of a social area near reception.

The room was a comfort double bedroom, which was very clean and the standard of what you would expect for a decent middle range hotel. Easy check-in and out, parking and breakfast are extra fees. We stay here a lot as it is very convenient for restaurants and bars and easy route out to the motorway. Dog friendly.

No AC and room was very hot, had to keep the window open at night but overlooked other units and the street so not very private.

Nice location overlooking city, close to old town and parks. Decent sized room, pretty quiet. Nice view from restaurant.

Expensive, and then breakfast on top was €19 each! Decor very odd, but pleasant enough. No door on bathroom which we were fine with but did think it odd. Extremely hot rooms which made sleeping difficult. No ventilation in toilet (separate to bathroom) so quite smelly on arrival. I think the team do the best with poorly designed spaces.

The pillows were a bit too squishy for us - but it's a personal thing.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and functional, with a nice view from the balcony. Despite the hot weather at the time of our stay we are able to open up the large window to get a cool breeze. The location is perfect ... a short walk from the (free) tram, equally short walk into the town centre and shops. We found a supermarket near the tram stop which was handy for lunches and snacks. There's a great little park across the street and nice views from the hotel along the river. There are some good local restaurants serving good foods at reasonable prices. On our second night we ate a good meal at the hotel restaurant - the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was very busy with a large tour group at the time. Overall, the hotel represented good value for the price, which appeared to be modest by Luxembourg standards, and we were very happy with our stay.

The barriers at the entrance to the hotel wouldn't work for us so took a while to work out how to get in or out.

Great location for the city, a 5 minute walk at most. Comfortable beds, quiet at night and a fairly spacious room. Good shower. A little dated but clean and fine for an overnight stay. Parking available either around the hotel where you can find a space or in the gated underground car park, we were on a motorbike so this was appreciated. Lift straight from car park into hotel so easy for luggage.

A little dated in decor. No air conditioning but reception kindly lent us a big electric fan.

Very well located with a bus stop outside the building (Luxembourg has completely free public transport). Quiet at all times. Nearby hotel restaurant had a simple but good menu. The reception team and the restaurant waitress were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with advice about the area. The hotel was very clean throughout.

Not a dislike but the hotel was in a complex with another hotel, conference facilities & you had to go to another building for breakfast.

A brightly coloured room, well laid out. Good location. Under a 10 min walk to the major sights, bars & restaurants A 5 min walk from the tram stop. A good value breakfast given that this is an expensive city.
