I asked for a room with two separate beds because I was traveling with my friend. When we arrived, the beds were so close that they could be considered one, but we could separate the beds by ourselves, so everything was alright until that point. However, after that, we found out the bathroom had no door! When we asked for a room with a door in the bathroom, they said it was only possible for rooms with one bed for couples. In the end, every time one of us was taking a shower, the other had to stay outside the room.

Very cose to the city center , the hotel was perfect for our group . Super clean and comfortable rooms with a fantastic value for money. The staff are super helpful, thank you again for all your help.

Very late check-in.(16:00) Rooms are not very large. Breakfast expensive - €21! Strange entrance that is not easily accessible. We had to walk around the property with our suitcases to find the reception. Not close to public transport. Expected more especially after the photo's on the booking site. Was stuck in a room with a view of the unappealing parking lot.

Two things were a bit annoying although we loved the very large windows which let a lot of light into the room you had to be careful to keep the curtains drawn if we were changing as our room faced the street to the bus stop. It was also kinda cold in the room. We couldn't find the button to turn on the heater. Maybe there should be clearer signs in the room.

The room was very large and spacious. Comfy bed and I absolutely fell in love with the red armchairs that are in the room. We also took parking although it seemed a bit expensive (25 euros/night) but considering that transportation in Luxembourg is free we preferred to leave the car safely in the hotel garage and ride the bus.

Parking is with money. They did not inform us in the booking page. The parking area was not big enough for all the cars. It was completely full and difficult to park for the remaining single slot. Finding enterance of the hotel was difficult. Better information is nedeed for the people who come by car.

Location is good. Room was relatively bigger compared to standart hotel rooms.

Not a complaint but it’s a little hard to find at first. Confusing.

Very well located. The room was really comfortable and the air-conditioning unit in the room was PERFECT! October is a “iffy” season for travel in Europe. It’s usually warm but places will have the heat on or no air-con. It was lovely to have the ability to use the air-con to cool the room. The onsite restaurant and bar was great! The onsite parking was perfect. Zero complaints!

On check-in, they deducted an extra 100 Euros for my 2 day stay which they promised to refund after check-out if un-utilized. Two weeks down the line, I am still following up on them - No feedback shared other than the auto responce messsages.
