Modern, clean, and close to shops and restaurants. A close walk to old town. Fire alarm works as we were woken up at 3:30 in the morning because some one was cooking in their apartment and set off the alarm. Police responded quickly and everything was clear after 10-15 min. we would definitely stay here again!

There was a lot of street noise but we felt that was to be expected if you want to be in the heart of the city and easy walking distance to all Luxembourg has to offer!

Nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment with functional kitchen and 2 (exceptional finished) bathrooms made our family stay (we are 4) very comfortable. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the Marked Platz of beautiful Luxemburg City and most of its main attractions highlights the property location at the Gare street. The very friendly management staffing was keen to explain everything about the property, as the parking garage, which is very functional for those traveling by car as we were.

Central City it is - very close to everything - and if you want to see more, all public transportation in Luxembourg is free. Just hop on the tram (2 short blocks away) or one of many buses (almost at your doorstop.) The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, well-designed for style and comfort. It was beautifully furnished. The bedsheets were elegant, the dishes and kitchenware well stocked and of high quality. Luxembourg is charming and definitely worth a visit (or to live there!) When we return, we will definitely stay here again.

There is a big problem with checking in when the front desk desk is off ( works 9 to 6 and I am not sure about Sundays). The check in process at the kiosk online is cumbersome and didn’t work for us. The phone in help desk was rude and not helpful. We ended up spending our first night in another hotel because we couldn’t get through to get keys to the 3 apartments I was renting. We saw at least two other families having the same difficulty while we were there. It is a new hotel so they can hopefully address this because on the other hand we found the reception desk staff helpful and constructive.

The location is excellent. The apartments are brand new, very attractive, well supplied and comfortable. I would definitely wish to stay there when next in Luxembourg.

- No reception 24/7 - No housekeeping service - No airconditioning system. It was uncomfortable to sleep without A/C.

- Big and spacious 1-bedroom apartment - the location was excellent! Very near the Central station and all points of Luxembourg - Laundry area at the basement - There is an elevator / lift - There is a balcony
