Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayHeated towel rack hanging over toilet scorched me every time I bumped into it. Not much for coffee shops or restaurants in the local area.
Good location on west bank of river, short walk across the bridge over the to old city, good access from airport with no. 22 bus. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming, happy to speak english. Inexpensive.

Comfortable room but with old furniture. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of dishes and luxury food like smoked salmon and French cheese. Excellent view on Daugava River and old city. But we paid for a room with view. Very nice SPA and swimming pool.

LithuaniaWe stayed at the old part of the hotel and it does require renovation. I am sure it was a luxury hotel back in a day, but now you can feel wind coming through windows, so manage your expectations.
The check in experience was amazing for our kids thanks to gentleman at the reception. Breakfast served for almost 5 hours on weekends and offers wide variety of choices. Super comfy wide bed!
