I think the breakfast could be a bit better, a little on the basic side in comparison to the delicious dinners and lunch. While the beds were very comfortable, I did not find the pillows to be the best for my sleeping. Since there were 4 pillows, would suggest having a second type of pillow thickness. That way guests could choose between two kinds of pillows.

A beautiful oasis, a gem. The staff at the camp are so wonderful and helpful. A place to relax and be one with the desert.

There are 2 separate camps, one is more expensive than the other. I didn’t find it obvious that there was a difference and thought all pictures corresponded to the same location.

The customer service could be improved upon. The breakfast was ordinary for a five star resort. The coffee tasted like water. I requested a strong coffee and could not get one. I asked for a little cheese with my breakfast and request was denied. The food was hit and miss. I arrived jet lagged after a 30 hour flight and wanted a snack in my room. I was not allowed. The wine was simply the worst wine I have ever tasted and I have enjoyed the Morrocan wine around Morrocco. Customer service is slow and inattentive.

The location is gorgeous. The tents are lovely. Staff friendly and pleasant. Pool area is divine

The air conditioner did not work properly across the rooms. I understand it’s a desert but the most expensive room was the room where the a/c just didn’t work at all.

the Wi-Fi in our tent didn’t work at all. the pool is small and was crowded with families and kids and for us as a couple it was a little uncomfortable.

The only issue was our heating stopped working at 2am and we were freezing for the rest of the night and morning- this was very uncomfortable and the second heater we already requested to change when it stopped working in the day. The wild dogs also bark and keep you up at night so sleep quality isn’t great.

It was a great stay and beautiful location. Staff was great. Remember to bring cash for end of stay tip if you plan to tip. We had a beautiful camel sunrise walk.

The WIFI does not work at all. There is enough WIFI strength to send and receive texts but that is it. Also, the staff are very kind but they could have done a better job at making everyone feel more comfortable during the cold weather and rainfall we experienced during our stay (for example, being more attentive with the fireplace, bringing guests tea, etc.)

The transfert price was almost equal to the price of the room (and it wasnn't specified). The diner was quite expensive compared to the average price in Morroco. There were not to much ambiance at night. The pool is not heated so we could not enjoy it.

Mid sold - upon arrival after waiting around for about 15 minutes was told the camp we had booked was full, very rude manager, told me it was cheaper there anyway. Very insulted by the insinuation that I couldn’t afford to stay there. Was then taken away to another camp- the overflow I guess! Only us and one other couple, who were up all night having a good time, then raging argument the following morning, despite and entirely empty overflow camp they put us right next to the other noisy guests The dogs barked all night as this was right next to a car park and road The food was nice although I woke up the next morning vomiting, the food poisoning had taken 5 days to recover from There was no water in the tent, so that had to get sorted, the sink was disconnected and flowing onto the floor, and the tent walls in the bathroom were dirty with a very gross looking stain They overcharged on the falsely advertised camp booking. The ‘office’ refused to negotiate any kind of compensation or refund.

The pool and the view of the Atlas Mountains was very special

- the welcome in the camp was very unfriendly / the only interest they had was if we will pay for the dinner the extra charge - dinner was not described or asked for allergies anything and was very expensive ( food was good. but nothing special salads, a beef tangine and a dessert - you couldn't choose anything and they were super unflexibel) - all in all camp is okay and if you like to hang around the instagram gang you are at the right place other than that not much to do and people are not super friendly - don't expect a calm and quiet night / I think dogs in the dessert are normal but there was a camel farm right behind the camp and a lot of noise came from there / also others had an electro festival going on and we heard music the whole night ( nothing they can prevent but just that you know) - we had to wait for our tent and we're sitting around without that anybody took notice or had a friendliy word - pool is nice (it's small but we are in the dessert) but there are not many places in the shadow which could be used - overall price and quality of service and food didn't fit at all / I would not recommend to go there

The facility was very clean and room was comfortable with a working AC unit to sleep at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Scenery was nice as well. Camel ride was a blast.

the lunch options where terrible especially considering the price, dinner was much better but still not up to the expectations one has, based on the price. there are two pools (one small and one big) but it was not clear upon reservation that you are allowed to use only one of them.
