I was disappointed with the breakfast experience at the hotel al khayma. The waiters at breakfast were rude and unhelpful, which made the mornings quite unpleasant. However, the chef and the waiters at the snack bar were fantastic and provided excellent service. We had to complain to the manager about the breakfast waiters' behavior, and we appreciate the manager's kind gesture in addressing our concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel al khayma. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Soumat for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. The housekeeping staff, especially the housemaid, ensured that my room was always spotless and comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

The rooms were a little outdated but they were very clean. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. Thank you Mrs. Rabiaa and Mr. Mohammed. The A/C worked flawlessly and the internet was fine. My daughter loved the swimming pool. Mohammed the lifeguard was awesome.

Wonderful location just two minutes walk from the sea – you sleep to the soft sound of the waves. Lovely green enclave within the hotel with great restaurant. All staff endlessly polite, helpful and charming.

Went for breakfast at 09:45 , no food, no plates ,no cups, no glasses, eventually food and everything else started coming out but was gone very quickly, I spoke to a man I think the owner or manager and explained what I was unhappy with, he apologised and the following morning everything was different... lots of food , drinks,plates cups and glasses... Thankyou for listening and addressing the problem.

A music speaker placed in the garden by the swimming was rather loud one Sunday. I went across to the beach so it really didn't bother me.

The location, very helpful staff, courteous and friendly attention. The garden and swimming pool, very good food served by friendly and attentive wait staff. Rooms cleaned every day.

Location on the main road is not amazing, but you don't notice when you're inside. TV was not great, but why watch TV when you're on holiday? A bit of a walk to the town centre, but that means you see things.

No-nonsense place. Helpful staff. Beautiful pool, though was both cold and off season when we visited. Clean, spacious, nice balcony, ate too much at breakfast. Had a nice beer by the pool. We came here after another hotel fell through, and we were glad we did. Simple place with all the right components. Our family room was simple and good for us (4 ppl).

The buffet was crowded and we couldn't even get a decent breakfast so we decided to have it outside the hotel. Some people were taking over the chairs around the pool by throwing their towels on them the night before, I'd love to have a policy against that.

The stay was very good, the room was clean thanks to Hiba, Bouchra and Amal. The restaurant's food was also great too. And the pool was fun.
