The response from the hotel to my query sent just less than 2 weeks before our flight was not responded to until 2 days before the flight so this could something they can work on--- prompt response to online queries. Also, although we enjoyed the breakfast selection and contrary to some reviews, we did not particularly enjoy the dinner/supper foods. It may just be our palate but we found less choices than expected. Pudding/Dessert selection can also be something that can be improved. Saying that though, the catering and serving crew were nothing but professional and respectful to all guests.

The hotel staff from check in to check out have been fabulous. They were all respectful and professional. We celebrated 2 birthdays during our stay and the experience would be something we will always fondly remember. Our room was cleaned every single day. Fresh towels provided daily too. Fouad, the staff in charge booking legitimate tours during our stay is certainly one of the hotel's biggest assets. He did not only welcome us but has been our go-to person for everything, and certainly I am sure beyond his job description. We were also assisted by one of the staff Anwar who was nothing but polite and pleasant throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back. There were 4 of us and the main bed is almost a queen size as there was plenty of space. The sofa bed made up fro the 2 other guests was also comfortable. We were on the ground floor facing one of the gardens/lawn. The en-suite shower is complete with shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, hand wash and hair dryer- plenty of space for our own toiletries.

the walls must be very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside corridor and next room. Our door must have been forced before so it could not lock properly unless you pulled hard from the handle. Hair dryer didn’t work. Only cow milk for breakfast, no option for lactose intolerance. the tours bought at the hotel was not was it said in the description… there are NO DUNES and NO DESERT one of the waiter from the bar told us we could not pay our drinks with card, nor we could charge to our room. we had to pay only cash to him. of course we found out it was not true and of course he even pretended a higher price.

We paid extra for sea view room - but we never ever saw the sea, actually we saw the pool and the sea is somewhere in the distance behind some palm trees (room 1425 - anyone can check) - this was unfair. Corridors and some parts of the hotel need maintenance, looks worn a bit. I asked 1-2 hours late checkout: the staff first told me, it depends on if the room is available - after that they told me it is available but costs 250 MAD... then I turned to another receptionist who asked 200 MAD for the same. Which was fair?

As it is four-star hotel, we missed variety of vegetarian food at the breakfast. Floor in the room wasn’t clean, and we suggest adding bottle of water in the room. Hotel is trying to be great, it just need a little finesse.

- We were in the block near hotel bar which had loud music Until 11pm every night. - Food lacked variety, breakfast was pretty much the same every morning. Dinner changed slightly now and then.

We don't have kids so the Pool Activity Club (called Bravo Club) is 100% full on - loud music - but I say again - good if you like it. We had option to go top beach which was silent. Spa/Sauna is currently closed but we used one over the road. Beautiful grounds. Staff are always ready to serve you. Excursions good but I didn't like the festivities night at all (too far , too expensive, horrible) - Everything else - great. No real complaints at all :-)

Hotel was clean, modern, vibrant and the rooms were quiet (concrete black construction). Exceptional clean and friendly housekeepers. Great security - felt very safe. 2 min walk across the beach access road to Beach. Situated on best part of Agadir Beach - (use the 4 restaurants esp Playa). Good & cheap supermarket access. Beach area security very quiet clean. Hotel food nice (a bit samey) but it's good, hot and plentiful.

The snack bar is not great same few items everyday The ramps for pushchair and wheelchair users to access the pool are very steepl are and the handrails are wobbly There is a private section for hotel users at the beach but no option to have drinks for all inclusive guests, not even bottles of water, you have to take them with you. Entertainment was very loud in the evenings and also sometimes the dance music around the pool was too much

The food was very good in the restaurant, plenty of choice and very tasty. The room was nice and the bed huge and comfortable The pool was nice and clean Staff very friendly, the manager moved rooms for me when I couldn't access my original room with my pushchair due to the steps

One room we had was great, the other was next to a club and the shower had a bit of mold. The problems were fixed after reporting them to the reception.

Breakfast was good, even though it gets a bit repetitive after time. All basic breakfast food was there, from sweet and baked goods to eggs.

The check-in. I did get an email before we arrived that we could check-in online so that we could avoid the lengthy paperwork on arrival but when I clicked on the link the Agadir Resort didn't have the service available. I think once that service gets installed the check-in will be much smoother for guests and staff.

This was our second year time staying at this resort. Everything was as good as it was last year and it felt great to be back to see some familiar faces! The staff is so amazing it's the best part of our stay and they really make you feel like part of a family. Nothing else has changed from my last review, the food was still very good, the activities, bar staff, beds, etc. We enjoyed our stay and my husband was invited to DJ at the Disco 4 nights we were there. Def a highlight. Mohammed the manager was amazing as always. I have never met a manager that cared so much about his job. He really goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome!

The room was in a low floor without access by lift, so we had to carry the luggage up by the stairs. Reception never answered the phone and had an obvious lack of staff, so check-in took a long time. The stairs of the swimming-pool were extremely and dangerously slippery.

the property was clean, the only problem was the hair dryer didn’t work and the toilet light didn’t always switch on, so had to use the toilet in the dark.

One receptionist was under pressure, overwhelmed and not very pleasant as I was expecting at the check in… and finally keeping the badge fixed at your hand is not a bearable procedure. As it is not possible to take it out at night!! A wearable one should be more feasible for our confort and keep it on us all the day should be more tolerable.

Confortable- enjoyable- Good vibe- great location- tremendous environment… I’ll definitely return to the same hotel next time for enjoying my stay in Agadir !!

Price went up like 25€ because tourist fee that wasn't mentioned on the booking site. I was expecting it but I think there should be a warning or something just in case someone wants to pay in cash and only withdraws the exact amount it says in the booking site.

Restaurant, snack bar and pool bar are really good. Staff is really friendly and understand English really well!

The downside of this hotel was buffet style restaurant. It got to a point where the kids wouldn’t wake up for breakfast because there wasn’t enough range of breakfast it was a repeat every day.

The hotel itself is very large, we really liked the ambience within the hotel. staff were helpful and polite. Evening entertainment was great the kids really enjoyed it. The beach is literally five minutes walking distance and it’s really nice in the evening.

would’ve preferred three single beds as was on holiday with mum and daughter but the bed was very large, upon entering we had to go through the whole check in procedure which was supposed to be by passed with our online check-in, deposit for two beach towels was a bit steep, the pool gets quite busy/rowdy

very good buffet options, very good food, the staff clean away everything promptly and keep everything tidy, presentation is excellent, the room newly renovated and modern, comfortable bed, accommodated our request to be next door to family, cleaner allocated to our room was extremely polite and welcoming, proximity to the beach and cordoned off area on the beach was excellent and well maintained

the first few days the music around the pool was way too loud, but once this was sorted out it was nice and relaxing around the pool, that is if you were early enough to get a lounger, peoples towels on sun beds and not using them , on a couple of occasions the beds were unused for 4 hours, this should not happen.

excellent food,breakfast lunch and dinner. very friendly staff always on hand to help out, the managers always making sure the guests were being looked after and they all were always polite to guests.
