I would not say dislike, more on the terms of feedback, perhaps if the hotel can offer slippers for use in the rooms.

Allegro was amazing. It is a modern, spacious and clean hotel. The superior room had everything we needed. The double bed was massive (felt more like a king) and was very comfy. Beside the bed, there are 2 USB ports on either side to charge your devices (incase you didn’t bring a adapter) which was great! The shower did not disappoint and the Wi-Fi coverage was great around the whole hotel! No internet lagging or endless searching for signal. The room has a small fridge to keep drinks cold, sliding doors to the balcony, three drawers, hangers, a couch, desk and chair, Smart TV which you can screen mirror what you are watching on your phone/iPad. Four mirrors in total in the room which was great when getting ready. One mirror in the bathroom with another magnified mirror (perfect for makeup/doing your skincare) and there was 2 in the bedroom. One was full length (amazing for outfit checks) and another circle mirror hanged from the walls next to the bed facing the balcony. We initially booked breakfast only, but then decided to opt for all inclusive since the variety was great (thank you Karim for doing that for us). There is quite a lot of options to choose from and there is something different every day for lunch and dinner. With all inclusive, you have unlimited access to lobby and snack bar so honestly it’s a win! The whole atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The staff at the restaurant work so hard, constantly keeping the area clean and taking away plates. The security guards were wonderful too, so friendly and welcoming! Also, Fouad was beyond amazing! He works with Jumbo Tours and we booked excursions with him and it was great! He helped us get checked in on our arrival to Allegro, such a great guy and was a massive help at our stay at Allegro. Whenever we needed a taxi, he sorted it out for us very quickly.

Stayed here for one week with family. Everything was brilliant from start to finish, could not fault any part of our stay. Hotel staff were excellent and went above and beyond for us throughout the week. Was our first time in Morocco and were unsure of what to expect but the hotel, staff and holiday as a whole exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here as it was great value for money. Would have stayed longer if we could although we hope to go back again. Thank you for such an amazing stay and making our holiday a memorable one!

Great location, a 2 minute walk from an excellent beach. Staff at the hotel, from the guy at the beach, to the bar staff, catering staff, animation team, reception, and Mohamad were outstanding. Friendly and helpful, made our stay a very enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned every day, the all inclusive option was excellent, lots of choice, catering for anyones requirements, and drinks were as per most AI, local included, and pay extra for imported. Staff were always cleaning or tending gardens etc around the hotel. Booking excursions with Fouad was easy, not overpriced, and he was always on hand if anyone had any questions. Mohamad was excellent, always a smile on his face, and always enquired if everything was ok, and seemed to be everywhere ensuring things ran smoothly. Animation team were always on the go, ensuring there were activities for people to get involved in. Overall, a real team effort from all the staff there, and I would recommend anyone to visit. One thing we thought was also good, is that it is also wheelchair friendly.

Food and breakfast were very average. Fresh orange juice and more fruits could be added as well as decaf coffee. Rooms were nicely decorated but floor was very dirty despite being cleaned everyday.

No spa, and the rooms were smaller than I would like. As we left the reception was a bit moody and miserable but I guess we all would be at 7 in the morning.

Nice hotel great staff. Clean rooms. Hotel manager mohamed is very attentive, took care of all our requests instantly, which made us very welcome. Special shout out to yasin in the canteen....brilliant service and attitude

All of the staff are working tirelessly to look after guests. Good selection of drinks & food - could have more vegetarian options. Abdullah at reception was great & the gentleman working on pool snacks (didn’t catch his name).

There is quite a few things and this is properly the most genuine review you will read. The pictures on booking.com look very inviting and for what it looks like it’s the most affordable amongst its competitors, which sounded great to us! This hotel was renovated during covid, however, it already looks partially run down again. The hygiene standard is not up to par and you would expect more, just judged by the photographs. We arrived very late (11pm-ish) and were told there was some food for us in the eating area. I thought how thoughtful of them as we were indeed starving. To our disappointment it was just fruits and left over bread from breakfast. Thankfully McDonalds was still open! We then proceeded straight to our rooms and slept as we were knackered. I woke up early, wanting to wee and saw mould on the ceiling of our bathroom! Being 4 months pregnant AND having a 3 year old with us- that was an immediate no no! I went to the reception to complain and was told to wait until after breakfast. We were then given another room, which we were happy about - until evening came and us trying to sleep without a functioning AC and a horrible drain stench from the bathroom. After tossing and turning, unable to sleep, me and my 3 year old went to the reception at midnight to complain, again, about the stench and the AC not working. He told me that there was nothing he can do as all rooms were reserved. I was fuming! I asked him to come back to the room with me and feel and smell for himself! he confirmed the issues but told up me that there was nothing he could do until someone checked out next day and I should just open the window. Here I was at 1 AM emailingbooking.com’s customer service and simultaneously looking for another accommodation we can book for the next day. We went to the reception the next morning and were greeted by the hotel manager, who was informed about my complaints by booking.com.

It is in a good location, restaurants and fast food chains in walking distance. Security staff very friendly and cheerful!

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and spacious, the food was plentiful and a wide choice, the pool areas and gardens are great , the bars were in good location, the staff were amazing especially the bar staff , animation team and our housekeeper, this hotel met all our expectations and beyond, it has its own beach area it’s 5 minutes walk maximum to the beach we will definitely be returning and for longer the next time

Had a lovely stay. The hotel was well situated, right next to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. They had great night time entertainment. Staff, security and cleaners were very friendly. Special Thanks to waiter Amoune Mohamed he made sure we had everything in our table, always was very friendly and always could cheer us up
