How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The hotel didn’t check me in, I had to rent another hotel, that’s mean I paid for two rooms in same day.

Overall it was great, value for money and specially Mr Mustafa, he is a great person and very very helpful for tourists. He made our excursion possible in the limited time we had. Thanks

The staff have bad attitude. No symphy for the their customer. Language barrier their english fluency was poor. Booking.com gave them different amount that i have booked for. It was disgusting hotel.

Nothing particular.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. As we only stayed for a night and caught the flight, we did not spend much time in the city. The place is quite close to center and bus stops to take you to popular mosque and places of interests.

Breakfast is stingy, Cleanliness, room is not comfortable, and facilities are not good enough.
The staf guy tried his best to assist although he is not so well into Booking options, I have genius level 3 which allows me to book with lowe prices than what is given by the hotel for normal step in customers. He was surprised of the lower price and had to make a call to double check with his management, and this made me and my friend wait for a while until we get things done. However, he was welcoming to some extent. The room was not clean enough and the facilities like towels, shower shampoo, soap was given after we checked in the room. Unfortunately, what makes me and my friend feel bad about the room and hotel in general is the neighbouring rooms, the walls are soft to the point that when someone talks you can hear them. In addition to that, the breakfast is not that much too, only 2 fried eggs, bread, yogurt, and small queb of butter and honey+ coffee and milk. Overall, Im not so satisfied ABT the hotel but I could say the location is somehow ok.

No curtain on the bathtub where shower is located, thus water is spilling out on the bathroom floor making it messy and slippery
Room is big, clean and confortable. Staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is hefty and affordable. Beautiful lobby. Very accommodating we were allowed early check in at no extra cost.

It's old and tired and it feels like nobody cares about it. We booked it because it was meant to be the start place for our Intrepid Tour. Intrepid changed hotel. To something better. One man on reception spent his time on his phone.
Easy to walk to the medina and catch the tram. The man initially on reception was lovely and helpful.

We only stayed for a very short sleep but the hotel staff was great. they checked us on quickly, we’re helpful at finding us a grocery store and helped set up our AC. it’s a bit noisy coming from the street as it is a very central location. 250MAD directly to the airport. the staff set up our taxi and made sure we woke up for our flight. very helpful!
