The door to the balcony wouldn't open. No outside sitting area. View over what looked to be wasteland, quite desolate.

The wifi was very poor and did not work in the room. Unless you speak French or Arabic and only English you will have a problem!!!

-the WiFi did not work on our floor - we had to go down to the reception to get signal - the bathroom would use a shower curtain - when you shower it inundates the entire bathroom which is very impractical, there is also no shelf to out your things in the bathroom -the hotel has no hairdryer available for guests

-Good budget hotel - very reasonable price and well located, good price-quality ratio -the rooms, hallways and bathrooms are renovated and there's no humidity, very good for this price -the room decor is dark but very thematic -the breakfast can be bought extra in the restaurant at the corner for 25Dh - it's very basic and small but traditional and tastes good, served until 12am without problems -24-hour reception

The en suite shower and toilet were quite basic but very clean.

The hotel is easy to find in a quiet street close to the old town. The rooms are a reasonable size, spotlessly clean, with doors leading onto a small balcony. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed during ramadan, arriving late, but this did not seem to be a problem for the receptionist.

Ideal location, walkable distance to city centre, clean and spacious triple room. Shops and old part of the city are 5min away by foot. You can also jump on a taxi for 7dh to the taxi station to other cities like Agadir, if you walk it's about 10min. Amazing value for money.

Rooms closest to the main road were a bit noisy from the traffic. Difficult to get the good temperature in the shower, but otherwise good.

I'd like some of the staff that works at the hotel to have little more english for easier communication. Perhaps hotel room could have a little kettle to boil a water for midnight cup of tea.

Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally welcoming Zacaria that works at the reception. Clean and spacious room with balcony. Nice room and loby interior. I have enjoyed the location very much as it was quiet central, only 3 minutes walk from old town Medina and Suk (the market). Plenty of restaurants around.

Had to ask for clean towels. Toilet cistern needs adjustment. Not enough water to flush properly.

Easy to find, good access to town. Too close to main road with windows that did not block out the sound of traffic throughout the night. Restaurant was closed for my 2 nights, but it was at the end of Ramadan, but people still need to eat.

The place was quite cold since we visited during the winter. There was an AC in the room, so we wanted to use it to warm up a bit, but the remote was missing. When we went to reception to ask for one, they refused to provide it.
