FinlandWe stayed at the Atlantic Beach Hotel for two nights but left early due to the unwelcoming and unfriendly atmosphere, especially at the reception. The hotel is very old and not well-maintained. While our room was large, it felt outdated, with peeling paint in several places. The pool was small, unkempt, and too cold to enjoy. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so we can’t comment on the food. The only positive was the convenient location, but overall, our stay was disappointing, and we wouldn’t return.

United KingdomThe only thing was the road noise but not a problem at night as you can put on the air con. Not really a problem in the day.
Lovely entrance foyer. We arrived early and we’re given a room in about half an hour. Very friendly helpful staff. We we very pleased with our room, super clean , well equipped kitchen. Sea view in distance from balcony. Comfortable bed.. As we arrived early we made use of the sun loungers around the pool and even a quick swim. Everything was great.

NorwayI got an apartment at 1. floor facing the pool area and a busy intersection. I found a spider, possibly a venomous brown recluse spider, on my bed. Killed it. A few days later I checked under the bed(only 5 cm between floor and bed frame) and it was lots of dust and hair and a spider web with a live spider in it. I have no problem with dust under the bed, but I don't like spiders! I called 'house cleaning' and they did a full cleaning of the room. It's a busy intersection outside the hotel and cars are honking 24/7. The building is a concrete box so all sounds from cleaning, moving a chair or kids playing in the hallway or in the pool is distributed through the building. Bring you noise cancellation head phones if you want to get some sleep! Shower door doesn't close and has mold. Toilet cistern is dripping and made noise. Had to close the inlet valve to get some peace and quiet.
All rooms has tiled floors. Spacious apartment. Air condition worked well. Fridge worked well. Good light system and several options. Large shared tiled balcony area. Light blocking curtains. Daily cleaning was good. Electronic door key system. Elevator. Friendly staff.

United KingdomCurtains so thin we needed face masks to sleep; next to a busy road we needed ear plugs to sleep; we paid for five people but had to ask for bedding and towels for our fifth person. We booked for six nights, but wanted to reduce to four (well within the policy). It was impossible to change online. We asked reception to change. They refused to email or call booking.com. One receptionist coughed over me half a dozen times, even after I asked her to stop. We only had help when we called booking.com

IrelandRooms are big and has all the comfort you need. Bed is really comfortable which is important. I rate the room 9 out of 10. Not 10 out of 10 as one of the walls has cracked paint and the bathroom some large areas which were colored. It's more the visual aspect but with little effort and some paint the room would also look immaculate.
Great location, close to a center with restaurants and shops. Close to the beach which is walkable. Rooms are big and comfortable.
