Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Excellent location , very close to old madina and couple of tram stops near by. Rabat Ville train station 5 mins walk to connect with other cities . Regarding room, don’t book balcony, room with balconies are very small. Staff is amazing , very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was basic but more than enough for us.

JapanIn my room, I had some water infiltration problems. When I showered part of the water passed through the wall directly to my room. When I communicated with the staff, the problem was promptly solved. Also, the room did not have a minibar. I bought some water and drinks outside, and I couldn't keep them cool. I was expecting more hot food options at the breakfast. No amenities were provided as well. So I had to buy in the supermarket. In Japan, a 4 stars hotel would be completely different. When I selected a room, I chose the one with a balcony; I was expecting that, but the room I was allocated was slightly different from the picture.
The hotel was good and clean. The view in my room was outstanding. Hotel is very well located and nice. Staffs were adorable! Also, close to the hotel everything were so safe and good to walk. The hotel was located in a very nice neighborhood close to many restaurants and supermarkets.

United KingdomThe breakfast could be improved. there was not much variety compared with breakfasts I had in hotels elsewhere in Rabat, Fez, Marrakesh and Essaouira. The room I had on a previous stay the week before faced the rear of the property and the window was so high I could not look out of it. This was a major disappointment considering how nice the other rooms were.
The hotel is conveniently located with friendly staff. The room I was given was a huge improvement on the one I had during a previous stay. The second room faced the street and had a lovely balcony - Much better!

United KingdomThe shower could do with a handle bar for safety, it is very slippery during a shower and can be dangerous if not careful. There is nothing to hold on to in the shower.
Location is very convenient. Close to main station, cafe, Medina, the beach too. Taxi everywhere and cheap so you can get to Agdal easy enough. The breakfast is decent, by all means, it does not compare to 5 star hotel from Hong Kong where there is a dim sum station, noodles, pastries station and all sorts but if you remember where you are, and for the price, it is fine. Unlike my stay in a Riad which cost twice as much, at least there are sliced meats options here. 4 choice of different juices and there is coffee and tea, and it is fresh. It runs from 7-10am so plenty of time to get your fill.
