Staff members were friendly, polite, and helpful. Though we had to leave for the airport at 2:30 a.m., the staff made sure the taxi arrived and assisted with our luggage. They were also helpful in helping us find an open restaurant for our last dinner in Morocco, a challenge during Ramadan.

The location of this hotel to downtown Rabat, Medina, Oudayas and other tourist attraction is hard to beat. I liked that is had easy access, free parking. The staff were first class, especially the front desk and bell boy. Breakfast was good and provided all the essentials to start the day

Bidet shower can be added in bathroom. Little noisy if you have road facing room. Addition of noise-blocking windows will be a better idea. Door lock mechanism is not good and it makes huge noise when someone in nearby rooms tries to pull and close the door.

Excellent location, few minutes from Medina streets and Train station. Availability of transport nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Nice varied breakfast. Waterfront is just 1 km from hotel.

Our room was very, very noisy as the windows could not be completely closed on the top part. As a result, we wake up at 6 because of the mosque nearby.

The room was very small for the price, I could have gotten a whole apartment for less. The bed was so close to the walls on both sides I had to squeeze thru to turn the lights on or off. Same thing for my backpack, there was no place for me to put it so I kept tripping on it.

The air conditioner a bit noisy. The rooms with 1 and 2 at the end are in fact for single, not for two persons. But the 2s have balcony.

Very good location close to everything and quiet, daily room cleaning, very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, good quality of WI FI. Excellent price-quality ratio. Definitely we shall choose the same hotel next time in Rabat.

No complaints. This is not a 5-star deluxe hotel, but a good standard family or business hotel. It's a no frills hotel, but a very pleasant one.

The ONOMO Rabat Medina is a very well located hotel for those who want to be in the old centre of Rabat, located in the middle of the government area and just north of the medina itself. It is a clean, efficient modern hotel that offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is not exceptional but it is tasty and offers plenty of variety. The rooms overlooking Rue Ghandi are quieter. Those overlooking the little square at Rue Monastir are busier and offer a more interesting, if noisier, view.

It’s a noisy neighbourhood so bring ear plugs. There should be a bottle of water in the room. New guests don’t always have time to go out and buy some.
