IndonesiaThe breakfast was only western style breakfast. The omelet was good. There were many variation of breads and cakes. However the option was so far the same what I got in other accomodation in Morroco. Would be great if have soup option or other food beside bread.
The location is nearby the train station and restaurant. It's a new hotel and we were lucky because our room got upgraded. The room quite silent eventhough its beside the street. The toilet have bidet options.

AustriaThe rooms feel kind of cold all the time, couldn't understand why. Also when it's warm outside, inside is too cold. And if there was a small fridge in the room, that would be a big upgrade.
Great staff, especially Oussama, thank you for the warm welcoming, for the second time now. Also the staff in the restaurant and the security guard were very friendly and helpful.

PolandThe room was new but visible deficiencies in room finishing. Soundproofing - on the middle of the night loud noise from the rooms above, sounded like party - woke me up. Poor dinner service at the restaurant - although only 6 people inside, with all request I had to chase the waiter Barking dogs in the neighborhood.

FranceNothing for us as we had a car and preferred being a bit outside of the city (it was very quiet at night).
The staff was very kind and welcoming. They made sure we had a great stay. They asked what time we wanted to have breakfast (it was Ramadan and we were the only ones not fasting). The rooms were of good size, with good mattress and modern and clean bathrooms we ordered food for dinner and the food was good too.

i Liked the cheff fromthe restaurant. A young lad who prepared good food for us all. but went out of the way to accompany us to city centre for an emergency shopping. I am sure I would be lost without his guidance. The reception staff was also nice. The only trouble was language, which will get better with time.

IrelandShower was not the best. Shower heads were not easy to switch between the different head attachments. Walls were so thin so very noisy neighbours. Wifi was not accessible in bedroom only in hallway which was super disappointing

Personnel doesn't speak English, and they were unable to fix heating in the room and to get another room it took more than 1 hour after I said I am leaving and asked for a refund.
