Bed had bedbugs which we were told by reception was fine as its the season for them. Children running around without parents present (possibly staff children) trying to drown my children in pool, running around, kicking my room door and running away around 10 times per night, tomato sauce and mayonaise squirted on my door and floor outside room reception unhelpful and left it not cleaned up. Had bad leak of water in balcony which made it un-usable as too slippy drip coming down next to a socket, reported and nothing done, reported again and a bucket put underneath and thats it had to empty bucket myself every night they didn't even dry up the water. Received funny phone calls with a woman repeating my name and hanging up this happened numerous times every time phone was plugged in, maid took away all towels in morning and didn't return any clean ones until 6pm meaning no showers until this time. bed sheets not changed at all in the whole 14 days. corridors dark with no lights unless you press them, creepy pictures on walls, big cockroaches everywhere. Taxis out side tried to over charge and hard sell excursions. Within 15 min walk to beach but too far to walk to restaurants and bars, hotel very over priced especially alcohol £8 for jack daniels and cola. Food was nice sometimes and other times not. No spy hole on door and open door to dark corridor.

staff were pleasant and always made sure we had everything we needed. Apart from the reception staff who were unhelpful, didn't help with any issues we raised.

Our room was filthy for the entire duration of our stay especially the floor. Someone’s toenail clippings were in the bathroom from the day we arrived until we left. Bed linen and towels were visibly dirty. Shower and sink drains were blocked for the 5 nights we were there. The cleanliness was of a standard that is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Poolside food and drinks are totally overpriced in comparison to everywhere else, would not recommend buying either from there.

Location is good - near the beach. staff are friendly and breakfast is nice.

Dirty floors and furniture as well as the sheets , staffs were very rude and unprofessional worse the music and noise until 1:30 am even though we called them so many times to reduce the volume and to end it earlier.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a very negative and uncomfortable vibe from the reception staff. It seemed as though they were suspicious of our marital status, which is inappropriate and unprofessional. Despite the authorities advising hotels not to ask for marriage certificates anymore, the staff insisted on seeing ours. Once we finally got to our room, we decided to sit on the balcony, but we were quickly forced inside due to a severe cockroach infestation. In less than an hour, we encountered five large cockroaches coming from the garden area. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast the next morning was extremely limited in options. We ended up leaving to find breakfast elsewhere. A staff member noticed and asked why we were leaving, and after we explained, she simply walked away without any attempt to address our concerns. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standards I expect from a four-star hotel.

The room was not bad but very dirty, I had to ask them to clean my room at least 3 times in few hours and to talk with the manager to be able to have a decent and clean room when we arrived , the girl at the reception are incompetent, one of the answer I got from them was I unbelievable «  what do you want me to do » this was one of their answers, I felt like I was bothering, like if I got this room for free, they make me change my room 3 times and at the end I just left the hotel cause it was just too much, you can not sleep at night cause of the music and when you complaining about it, poor breakfast very bad experience. Thanks god I decided to pay at the reception otherwise I would have been stuck there and It will have ruined my stay. Not recommanded at all

That fact I only booked a week there but iv booked my next holiday for April back to the same hotel.

The entrance hall is beautiful and the room was just as nice and clean. The pool and pool area was very clean and tidy. It wasn’t overly busy or loud even tho there was a lot of people staying at the hotel. A pleasure overall !!

The room was very spacious and bright. The only thing I would like to see in the room is a kettle and the coffee/tea The staff were always polite and very helpful. The swimming pool nice and clean.

- Cleaning service is far from ok, not cleaning very well (didn't even remove the trash from the previous customers) and always forgetting to leave enough towels.

- Large room - Very nice swimming pool - Good breakfast - Most of the staff is friendly (but many do not speak english) - Good location (10 min walk to the beach and also a 10 min walk to an area with lots of restaurants)

We booked for 2 Adults and 2 kids online, but when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff said, we have only paid for 2 Adults. So, we ended up paying extra for the kids, which I wasn't happy with. The is booking.com issue not the hotel.

It wasn't far from the beach and Agadir bay. The front desk customer service was great. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was quite & perfect for the kids. Especially the pool area.

The room is not clean, old towels, blood stains on the bed sheet and missing tiles around the edge of the pool which is not safe for young children.

Bed sheets were dirty ( we found a blood stain on it), towels were dirty. Staff entered the room multiple times with out our permission. Fought with us over towels. Created a rule that guests can only have one towel a day. Asked us why we showered twice a day. Over all this was the worst hotel experience in my life.
