It will be little bit difficult till you reach the story house (walking arround 12 minutes) from the main road.

The staff are very helpful, the room are clean, bathroom is amazing....

Its spacious & clean! I love the Moroccan arts inside this story house. This place is inside Rabat Old Market so its really accessible if you need anything. Also, you can walk to Kasbah of Udayah & Hassan Tower from story house.

Mr salah is a gentleman always smiling and good hearted person . The toilettes and the showers are verry clean. The reception is good every thing was perfect . I have try more than 7 hotels in old rabat and this hitel is the best by far

Staff friendly Clean Central Super calm

The host and all the team is super friendly as helpful, apart of that they offer kayak trip near to the new theater. Super clean they take care of every detail and specially in bathrooms and common parts everything is fabulous. Location is a bit hard to find first time but then is super easy to go everywhere from there. I’ve booked for two night and after my trip I will comeback with my girlfriend for another couple of nights. Price is excellent for what you get.

The place was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and it absolutely felt like staying in the home of a friend. The shower was also nicer than many others we experienced. The place was located at a good spot, not a lot of noice but still central, and the neighbours were also friendly and helpful.

My worst booking.com experience to date and the only negative review I’ve written. I booked for 3 nights and left after the 1st. The host got incredibly drunk and stayed up all night playing music, shouting, spitting, mumbling, smoking, taking phone calls and overall acting very emotional. As I was on the first floor I heard everything and did not sleep. As an Englishman I know an angry drunk so I did not want to confront him during the night. I don’t think the host is a bad person but this behaviour is unacceptable. I tried to contact the him the next day to resolve things but he claimed that I never showed up so I was unable to communicate further / leave a review. Only now since complaining have I been able to do so. This is a warning to future travellers. I saw a similar comment previously about his behaviour so it’s not the first time.

The cleaning lady was very sweet. The only positive.

No bins or TV in room. No soap in bathroom. Stairs narrow and hard to get luggage upstairs. Ad mentioned kettle in room which was untrue. Owner said that booking.com made that up. So ad was misleading. Noisy neighbours. The place was very hard to locate. No signposts, not even on the main door.

The owner of Riad, Mr. Salah, is a very kind, open, respectful and helpful person. As for the staff, the person in charge, Ms. Samira, is very professional, very respectful and always in touch. Overall, I enjoyed the place very much.

Very hard to find as no sign or address on the door. Zero wifi in the upstairs room. Staff do not answer the doorbell. Ended up waiting over an hour to be let in. If the door bell doesn’t work you need to pound on the door hard to get the managers attention. He seems to be always asleep. Very synthetic sheets

We arrived in February so it was quite cold--I'm sure that it's refreshing in summer but we were glad to have long pajamas! The hotel is also not marked so it could be tough to find--but the neighbors were lovely and guided us right to it.

The host was incredibly kind and the bed was comfortable. The whole hotel was scrupulously clean.
