Excellent location-The property is in a quiet alley close to the Blue Gate and the medina. Everything is easy walking distance. It is beautifully decorated, has a comfy bed and pillows and a great shower. We had a delicious Moroccan breakfast each morning and our host very kindly cooked rice especially for my husband when he was feeling unwell which was all he could face. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay - the room was clean and the property was very peaceful. It was located at the top of the Medina which was very convenient. The staff were very helpful with any requests. We enjoyed the breakfast provided.

We have stayed here for the 2nd time and it is ever as good as the first time. The property is absolutely impeccable, Namir and his family are the most welcoming hosts you could ever wish for. And the food is fantastic, when staying here make sure you try it. I can’t recommend Dar D’Or highly enough .

Smell coming from the sewer (seems very common as we encountered in almost all the riads we stayed), but was smartly managed by putting a air purifier inside the bedroom.

Dar recently and smartly re-structured by the owner and his family, who is always kind and available. Trust this guy, he will suggest you the right things and not try to upsell unnecessary things. He provided very useful advices on how to visit Fez's Medina. The breakfast was really good. The AC was working perfectly and there was a air purifier as well. The bedroom was really quiet.

The hotel has gone through a beautiful renovation. The courtyard has a skylight and was bright and colorful each morning for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and included eggs.

Namir and staff were wonderful. Their hospitality was incredible from the welcome mint tea and delicious breakfast to being extremely helpful with organizing transportation to airport. Our room was spacious and comfortable and in a great location; a short walk from the Medina.

The location is excellent, right at the edge of the medina so that we could reach it by car. We were very grateful for the available parking. Namir was super friendly and gave us a lot of useful tips. The breakfast was excellent!

You have to navigate stairs in this lovely and traditional home. Okay for us who are 74 years of age, but could be difficult for older people or those with mobility problems.

Food was fantastic. We loved the breakfast so we also ate lunch and dinner there -- all delicious. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful owner and staff who made sure to connect us with the best tours of the city. Hotel itself is beautiful.

You had to knock on the door each time you wanted to get in, as there is No key for the front entrance, But They where always fast to open, so not a problem:)
