Natalie was extremely helpful when we had problems with our hire car. She went well out of her way to ensure our ability to travel on. The Riad was characterful, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed a lot Nathalie's kindness and hospitality. For sure, she cares about her customers. She wants to make then happy and fell like at home. Her breakfasts were delicious and copious, with crepes, yogurt, fresh juice, bread, jams etc.. Our room was cute and confortable. Also, Nathalie gave us great advice (bus, restaurants etc..) and booked excursions for us with private guide which was a big plus. Thanks a lot Nathalie.

wifi is a bit slow - but i guess you don’t go to ouarzazate for wifi therefore it’s definitely a minor thing.

very nice host, reliable, available and giving nice recommendations on nice gems around (not included in mainstream guides!!). breakfast was absolutely great - varied and delicious. the room was clean and warm enough. quality/price ratio above average.

The riad is right in the heart of the kasba, very beautiful and with a nice terrace to hang out in. Nathalie is very kind and helpful and has plenty of good advice to navigate and visit the surroundings.

The Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest, but we didn't expect it to be. We didn't like having to stay only one night. We would recommend the property.

Internet was not useable in certain areas of the room and choppy in the other parts. The room is quoted in euros but charged in Dirhams at an unfavorable exchange rate (more than any other establishment charged). 4% surcharge for the use of the Credit card not mentioned on listing. You dont get a key to the riad and have to knock or wait if she is not there. Check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Natalie is a kind and personable individual and knowledgeable about what there is to see in Ourzazate and surrounds. The Riad is easy to find (walk on the main path from the parking lot and turn right at the old Synagogue) and clean.

Wi-Fi connection was bad - but it’s not just at the hotel but all over Ouarzazate.

Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming. She organised all my tours using her excellent contacts with the taxi drivers. Location is excellent- in the kasbah and only 15-20 minutes walk to the town centre. There are numerous local restaurants nearby too. The room was perfect and very comfortable/clean. The breakfast was delicious!

Because of the location, we expected a more authentic stay, while the vibe is more 'Western'.

Nathalie went out of her way for us to have a comfortable stay with our kids. She even bought extra food for breakfast specifically for them. It was really nice to stay in the medina. We had 2 rooms on the top floor, connected by our private terrass which was perfect. Highly recommended!

Natalie has been extremely helpful, giving advices about transportation and places to visit. The room is cute, with private bathroom, very clean. We had to leave early in the morning and Natalie was so kind to prepare a very good breakfast before our departure. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the old part of Ouarzazate
