Lighting in the room/bathroom could have been better but, that's more from vanity/I can't really see standpoint but, other than that everything was perfect.

The location was fantastic, 10-15 min walk to and from the souks!! Lots of good cheap food places nearby and also hosts were fantastic. Accommodated to a lot of things we might have needed and breakfast was lush.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The Riad is only a short walk from the city centre. However, take care on the roads, it can get very chaotic.

It was very cold in the evenings. The heaters in the courtyard were not effective.

The location was great as was within walking distance of ATM’s, restaurants, the mosque & gardens.

Would have liked more information on where to park the car, as the Riad is in the Medina.

Hot water, heating in the room, excellent breakfast.

Although I understand that one morning we were left without breakfast due to the fact that we left very early, I wonder if it is right that a box with some snacks was not prepared, since breakfast was also paid for.

A traditional riad in a relatively good location (quite close to the medina). It is possible to find this riad without the help of locals. Delicious breakfast served on the roof terrace.

Lack of privacy: the room is on the ground floor, the bathroom had a window right on the reception and the bedroom on the inner courtyard. We could hear everything. Also, they have a brochure with some info about excursions and we were interested in booking one, but on that day we couldn't find anyone to ask (we tried late morning and evening), so we messaged them on booking.com, but no one answered. We had to book from someplace else.

The location was good, in the Medina but taxis can get there which is convenient, and about 20 mins walk from the main square. The room was much smaller than the description, but for a short stay it's ok. We had an issue with a window lock that was broken, and they fixed it the same day. Breakfast was served on the terrace and it was really good.

The area around the Riad was a little rough and there were hustlers trying it on, but I imagine it could be like that in other areas too. The lack of fruit at breakfast

Beautiful quiet Riad with traditional furnishings and decorations. The host was very obliging and communication was good. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional but for the price, good value but some fresh fruit would have improved it.

The local area, but somehow that enhances the beauty of the place...

This (to me) is the quintessential Moroccan experience. I will give my actual experience... When we were going to the place, the area is not touristy at all, to the degree that a helpful local stopped and asked if he could help as we were in the tourist area! As we came down the small alley, I told my family it didn't look like the right place... Then we arrived, what an incredible experience! The owner greeted us very cordially, helped with the luggage and helped us settle into the beautiful room. Everything is beautiful (you will hear that a lot in this review). Somehow or other the incongruence of the area and the beautiful place made it even more amazing. The ante room with the intricate tile work and fountain, incredible tile work (the whole place is like a work of art), is inviting, relaxing and affable. The room with its carved double beds, carpets, tables, wardrobes it is like someone has been touring the local antique shops and bought everything that was beautiful. It is an oasis of beauty (I know I am wearing this out) but I cannot do it justice without saying beauty (I have to stop). The walk to the nearest restaurant is chaotic, honking cars and moped careen at high speed, but somehow we made it and had a great meal, anxious to return to the haven of Leuleu. The place was so nice that when we were discussing what we should do the next day, my 18 year old daughter said she would just stay at Leuleu and we could go out into the hectic city. The breakfast was magnifique, they served coffee and my wife asked if they had tea, the waitress pricked some fresh mint leaves from a potted plant and made traditional Moroccan mint tea on the spot! The usual bread based breakfast with 4 different types of bread and the ubiquitous croissant (probably one of the only times you will thank French colonialism). The terrace is like a boudoir, with comfy sofas to relax in the shelter of calm, because you know once you step out of the door it will be hectic!

They don’t accept card payments and sometimes the ATM near the facility didn’t work, so that was a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast could have been better, more options, we have had one tiny pancake, half flat bread and jams, honey, peanut butter ish spread, coffee and juice (not fresh). It wasn't fulfilling, but that's what you get for the price you pay. Also, the room itself was beautiful but the size of it very small.

Very friendly, caring and welcoming host. We are stuck at the airport and he was waiting for us until 00.30am. Good location if you travel without a car, overwise you struggle to find the place to park. Literally a couple of minutes from the heart of Medina.

The family were great hosts, looking after us very well and giving us very good advice on where to go and which attractions to visit. The Moroccan breakfast of assorted flat breads, pancakes, honey and jams was the perfect start to our day.

Small room. The skooters everywhere driving like they where on a racetrack. I got hit by one in the Medina. It peeled the skin back on my arm and it is still not healed a week later.

Owner spoke very good English. Asked if we wanted anything else for breakfast and added eggs when we asked. Quiet.

The place was lovely and clean but needs some renovations. The door and window in my room didn't close well, but I enjoyed privacy regardless

The place is nicely design and is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ehsan who made sure all my needs were met and was very helpful. You can ask for a home made morrocan meal while there at a very reasonable price.

There are no curtains in the showers, so if you are not careful, the bathroom can get flooded. Also, payment was cash only. The worst part was the surroundings of the hotel. It is not safe because it is in the medina. Children came to ask for money and we were scared because Asians are rare and they were staring at us.

There were three of us and the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful with bread, fruit, coffee and juice. There were no other guests besides us, so we could use the terrace. The air conditioning works well and there is hot water.
