Make sure you buy a day pass for parking once you enter the garage. You cannot buy it when departing, so you will be charged the hourly rate.

From the location to the riad itself - everything was great. The room was beautiful and had all the amenities; the view from the terrace was fantastic, and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. Would definitely return.

Everything was perfect.

Situated in the heart of the Medina, this family run riad is an oasis of calm once you enter through the ancient stairway leading to the front door. After you get your bearings, it's very easy to walk everywhere of interest or just lose yourself in the fascinating hustle and bustle of the market's daily life. Multilingual Brahim and his team are extremely welcoming and helpful, always smiling and ready to be of assistance. If you want the experience of real Moroccan life, this is the place!

I loved everything

The hosts were incredibly friendly kind and helpful, the riad was beautiful with breathtaking sunset and sunrise views from the roof terrace, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is available for 50MAD and was 100% worth it, so good i stayed an extra night

Everything was great, the street is always crowded, and it can seem dangerous, but it was completely safe at any time (day or night).

Wonderful staff, unfortunately no English nor French, but for the person at the reception. In the Northern part of Morocco it is normal.

A dar run by a lovely family, in the middle of the Medina, but very easy to get to 'El Ensanche,' the Spanish part where I spent most of my time. I booked the economy room and slept very well. The views from the terrace are amazing.

An exceptional Riad-Hotel nestled in the heart of Tetouan’s historic Medina! The owners, Mr. Brahim and his wife, were genuinely warm, gracious, and attentive, making us feel like cherished guests rather than visitors. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, with breathtaking panoramic views of Tetouan's mountains. The breakfast itself was a 5-star experience—freshly prepared each morning with an impressive spread that included freshly pressed orange juice and local delicacies. This Riad-Hotel is a true oasis, blending Moroccan tradition with top-notch hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Actually i didnt like the beeakfast because everyday they cook fried eggs , the same breakfast , no vegetables or olivea beside , it should more kinds or sortable .

Our bed was quite squeaky so it made it hard to sleep as a couple if you are restless sleepers. Recommend to take ear plugs also because the street noise carries up through the inner ventilation

Breathtaking view from the rooftop and spacious suite (Bab Okla). Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything.
