How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Hotel had all that was needed and it was just like what was shown on booking .. good sized rooms and beds.. in walking distance from the hotel there are a few good places to eat and 5 minutes from the hotel you can pick up good Morocco wine .. staff was excellent and we had one staff member named Mohammed who was always making our morning a good one at breakfast .. great guy and very service minded .. we also tried the SPA and this was worth trying .. overall the stay was great

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s a new hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It was very clean. The breakfast was great, so many options. There was a small issue with the water but it was resolved in a timely manner. Overall a great stay.

They had great facilities such as the spa, they gotten a beautiful cake for my friends birthday. The breakfast options was really good. Very clean, and tidy. Everyone is amazing, they took care of us when we was here. The ladies at the were really nice.

Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, location isn't ideal, pool barely gets the sun because of its location and is ice cold, waiting times for food was on occasion a long time, had to ask for softer pillows, more coat hangers, toilet rolls not topped up on last day.
Staff are lovely and the public rooms are beautiful. It has all the makings of a top hotel but needs more attention to detail in certain areas.

The water in the shower drainage was so slow, so it overflows when taking a shower. Minor issue though.
Food was great, gym facilities and staff was lovely.

The room size was not what I was expecting a bit small plus the fact that all the menus were in French, it was a turn-off I'm not from a French speaking country... Also, the corridors had a strange smell, which was not so nice at all.
Good breakfast. Also, one guy at the door by the name Hossaum "sorry I might misspelt the name " he was very helpful and willing to answer all the questions going beyond and above.

WiFi drops out and slow. Pool not heated. Shower cubicle floods onto bathroom floor.
I loved my stay at the Dominium! Modern, spacious, pristine. Fabulous location. Best of all - the magnificent hotel staff! They were so friendly, professional, nothing was a bother! 🫡 Excellent breakfast. Prompt room service. 24/7 gym. I miss being there! 😊

Coffee machine in the room did not work. Access card to room needed reset every day. Pool on the north, between the building, so always in the shade. Too cold to swim, water at beach was better.
Breakfast was good, location good, walking distance to beach and souk.

The only issue with our room was the smell in the bathroom every time we had a shower. I wouldn't recommend the spa as the people that work there aren't very professional. My experience wasn't relaxing at all.
The breakfast was great. The hotel staff from the receptionists to the waiters were very helpful. The room was big and clean.
