Nigeria- I was disappointed when I heard that I was not entitled to breakfast, bcos while booking I saw breakfast inclusive. - I was disappointed when I could not watch live Premiership Football Match and other matches. Not even any EPL, La liga, Italia, bundesliga etc. _ The hand shower was not good, we complain it need replacement, but nothing was done to it. - I was not happy when I was told to pay for early arrival bcos of my flight and I have to keep my luggage with the reception and attend my lecture immediately.
Room neatness. Staff very accommodating. They have listening ear and attend to you as soon as you complained.

The hotel canceled my booking upon arrival. We were told that the hotel was full. We were left to find other accommodations very late at night upon our arrival to Casablanca. This was completely unacceptable!!! As well, I was charged before arrival!!!

Hungary- The very first interaction that we had was that apparently the women are forbidden to drive into their parking lot. - Next - at the reception the guy was trying to sell a story that we are getting a better room when in fact we didn't get the room that we selected at the reservation. - The exchange rate that they use to charge is the highest we paid during the trip. - The shower was dirty and it is flooding the whole bathroom - The food is mediocre - At the checkout we waited 15-20 minutes for them to open the parking gate

ChinaThe refrigerator in my room was broken. When I checked in, they told me that I could change to another room the next morning. Although I asked to change the room 3 or 4 times, they always said they would change it the next day. Finally, they didn't change my room until I checked out.

United StatesI had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, when I arrived late at night, they initially told me they had no room. After much insistence, they finally gave us a room, but the air conditioning didn’t work. It was unbearably hot, and when we asked for assistance, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. No effort was made to fix the AC or offer us a new room. We spent the night in discomfort, barely able to sleep. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will not be returning.

MoroccoI had a terrible experience at this hotel. I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived late at night after a long journey, they told me they had no available room. Despite showing them my reservation, they refused to accommodate me and offered no help in finding alternative lodging. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar city. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel, and I will certainly not be returning.

First, the room we reserved turned out to be occupied, the person at the reception behaved extremely badly, unprofessionally and aggressively. After struggling for more than an hour, we managed to find a room, which of course was not of the type we had already paid for. We paid for the Executive Suite, which is 83 square meters with a separate bedroom, and we got a regular room, a double room, in which they put an extra bed. The problems did not end there. In a room for three people there was only one bath towel, one coffee cup. There was not a single water glass. It was very dirty - I am attaching a photo showing how clean it is. At that time, around 11 p.m., it turned out that they don't have room service. Some bar on the 7th floor was only open. I went up to ask them to give me 3 empty glasses for water - I received an answer that they could not give me and I had to go and buy from the store opposite the hotel. The problems did not stop there, but continued in full force. I don't know what the walls were, between the floor slabs and the insulation, but for 3-4 hours, from the room above us, there were terrible sounds, screams, screams, moans, groans, as if they were shooting a porn movie with the participation of many people. This pain, not only for us, but also for the rooms next to us, I guess, lasted until about 3:30 in the morning. Several times we wondered if we should leave the walk through things and look for another place to spend the night. Our child does not need to witness such scenes. Next problem - the parking, supposedly they have free underground parking for hotel guests, but they made me stop outside in front of the hotel and some people are constantly walking around the car to whom some money had to be paid. This hotel is a total waste. Maybe there should be minus 4 stars and not 4.
We liked absolutely nothing. We were eager to leave this eerie place. None of the staff apologized for the inconvenience caused to us
