Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MoroccoBreakfast items quality could have been much better, no integrated water tape in the toilet (you’re supposed to use cleaning paper in a Muslim country?), no prayer room, no prayer carpet, no tools in the kitchen (good to have a cooking space but it’s useless if there is only one empty cup of coffee in a double room, no plates or cooking tools)
Room is spacious, great location, checkin allowed ahead of time, check out allowed few minutes after 12 pm, staff we met at checkin was better (a girl) but everyone is nice anyway.

The hotel is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is tasty. They serve excellent coffee and tea. There is also a rooftop bar where we relaxed to smoke hookah and watch soccer. Lastly, the hotel is very close to the city center as well as good restaurants

United StatesThe night front desk agent had a very deceptive attitude… He gave me bad advice for outside parking due to inaccessible facility parking(roadwork)…he helped outside agent give a higher than normal price for parking…I delayed the payment because of lack of change…and the rental car was badly scarred during that same night…and I had to pay for that damage 4000dh…to the rental car company….!

The shower needs fixing and the towels need to be thrown away and new ones bought, provide a No Disturb sign to be used, give the breakfast a Moroccan touch with some real orange juice or at least a good quality brand.. etc Some of the staff (one doorman in particular) is not courteous. He kind of expects a chat and a tip every time he sees your face. That was uncomfortable. The road works around didn’t give easy access to pickup and drop off vehicles and didn’t make the street agreeable to walk around.
The room was big and the location was convenient.

United Kingdom- The room we were initially given had a broken shower door and water would leak onto the floor. The sink drain was also blocked. — but the replacement room had no issues - the only major issue is no bidet shower/ shatafa for istinja to clean your self after going to the toilet.
- Customer service is fantastic. - The huge selection for breakfast was AMAZING. - The bed is BRILLIANT - one of the comfiest sleeps I’ve ever had. - the AC is amazing - great location - the decor is simple and beautiful - good toiletries but no bidet shower/shatafa or facility for istinja. The overall experience, despite the initial hiccups, was 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
