Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MexicoWhere to start... I booked (and paid in advance) 2 rooms, I checked in fine, the other person came at night, when she tried to check in, her room was already given to someone else. After arguing with reception, they proposed to send the other person to another hotel and covet transport cost. We were there for work and adding commute was just not a good fix. For the next hour we saw every guest trying to check in going through the same problem (seems the hotel overbooks and hopes for no shows) In the end, a room became available for my colleague. When she checked in, the room still has used toiletries from the previous guest. In general, the rooms were not cleaned great. Beds were made but showers were mostly dirty every time (i.e any hair in the shower was just left untouched). Half the time only one towel was left on either room (big towel without any hand or hair towel or floor). Shower door didn't close properly so bathroom floor was very wet (and slippery) after every shower. The next days went so so. Restaurant seemed to never have water (we asked and we're either told "yes, in a minute" just to never receive it or just "out of stock"). There was supposed to be a rooftop / skybar that was just an empty plank. Loud construction in front of the hotel makes it hard to work from there. The table in one of the rooms was taken away without notice or replacement. Wifi was unstable... Anyway, it's not what you expect from a 4 star hotel in a business city.
The room was big (very big!) and had a full kitchen and a balcony. Breakfast was very well stock buffet.

SwitzerlandThe wifi is totally unacceptable. Most of the time the connection is so weak that you can't open a webpage, let alone watch a video on youtube or similar. And too often you are totally disconnected. We are in 2022! No internet connection in a hotel is too lame. And the hygiene is far from perfect. The carpets are ugly dirty, the bathrooms absolutely unacceptable. Water leaks from under the shower door and you have to collect it with towels! The hotel is largely below standard and I would strongly counter-recommend Mid-Town despite the great staff. It is an absolute SHAME for booking.com to feature this hotel or enlist it as a FOUR STAR, because that is a LIE

United StatesDo not and I mean do not stay here. About an hour before my arrival they sent a message saying my card was declined. Lies. I had a rate from Booking that was significantly cheaper than their advertised price. They basically wanted to charge me their rate. I paid just fine with the same card. I went to try and settle in the room, the door was scrapping the ground. I went to check out the balcony for safety. As it turns out, the door wouldn't lock. They offered another room, but I refused. I contacted Booking about my experience, the hotel responded they would reimburse. They didn't.
