As a smoker not getting room with ( shared ) balcony was disappointing but I understood. No kettle in room.

Upgraded from room with balcony due to rain had gotten into room. Reception staff was friendly. Room not clean to my standard but ok.

The leak in the bathroom which meant the floor was continually wet, but hey, worse things happen at sea !

The location, the roof top terrace and the wonderful hospitality shown to us by Redwan the receptionist. The hotel in general had real charecter and charm.

The bathroom in our room was a bit awkward as it is in the room and not fully closed at the top, and the room was a bit cold as we visited in December.

The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace and is very conveniently located, the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money!

The hotel is located in the heart of Chaouen, a few steps (less than a minute) to the main square Outaa Hmam. It has a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can see the square and mountains... The staff are amiable, especially Ridwan, who welcomes us warmly and makes us feel comfortable, he provided everything we requested. In addition, I got a cake surprise that it was my BD, and he went the extra mile by realizing it from my ID and reacting quickly to make my day unforgettable. I love Chaouen, and this Riad Hotel makes it even better.

booking.com showed the hotel at a wrong place. you can’t get to the hotel by car. You need to walk for roughly 7 minutes into the old town of Schefschaouen. In principle this is okay, but Google Maps and Booking should indicate the real location of the hotel.

Riduan was a fantastic and lovely host full of helpfulness. The hotel was perfectly located to explore the old city of Schefschaouen. The tea was delicious.

The shower room is a converted toilet at the back of the bedroom. I doubt it has hot water.

The shower and bathroom got soaking wet and would not drain, making the bathroom and bedroom floor unclean. The A/C and heater was out of order.

We had no idea how cold Chefchaeoun was going to be. My partner was feeling unwell and staff was able to provide a heater to help with the cold. We were very grateful! Of course staff were very friendly and helpful with tips about locale, especially eating at Casa Hassan. We loved it at Barcelona hotel!!

Hotel Barcelona is perfectly located near the medina with stunning views of the Blue City. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the rooftop terrace is a great spot to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great choice for exploring Chefchaouen—would definitely stay again!

After being late for the check-in, one of the employees of the Hotel overbooked my room to other people and we took a bit to solve that situation. Luckily everyone else was super nice and we could get it solved. But it's not a good practice to book the same room to someone else just because someone is late (and I had 2 nights booked)
