It was a bit cold. We where there in April and the sun terras was not quite ready. The room where we stayed was on the ground floor, right behind the front door. There is a comfortable sitting area. But you have to turn on the light and where a sweater and socks. You could sit on the Terra’s, but there was no sun, just daylight.

The food was excellent. We had breakfast and diner there. It’s gone be perfect when the sun Terras is ready. The kitchen on the upper floor is more then good equieped. All is new and good quality. Also a washing machine. There are on the small Terra’s downstairs a fig tree, a abricottree, beautiful lemon tree. But they block the light. In summer it must be a paradise of coolness and shade

There were no windows in the flat so we had no view or airflow. We weren't allowed to use the kitchen even though it said shared kitchen on the listing. We chose it because it was on the edge of town away from the steps as we have a bike, but in fact it was down steps and alleyways - not the location shown in the listing.

The host was very welcoming and took trouble to accommodate our bike for us. The place was clean and the shower was lovely and warm.

    They tried to scam us

The woman who runs the place tried to scam us by asking 300 Dirhams for dinner. We had a long and exhausting negotiation with her and finally she accepted 150 Dirham. We asked for the price of the dinner in advance 3 times, and she refused to tell us how much it would be, but assured it would depend upon us (if we liked the meal or not). This was obviously not true, and when we finished she just asked us 300 Dirhams. She also "included" a tea she had offered us upon arrival in the total price (which is usually a courtesy when welcoming hosts in Morocco). The room had no ventilation and was poorly isolated from outside noises and light. The WiFi was not working at all. All in all, I do not recommend this place for a traveller who is looking for a peaceful place to rest a bit.
