Room was a bit tired and the authentic Riad feel means you can also hear the other guests.

Great location, with friendly staff, just far enough off the main drag to be quiet but 5-15min walk from everything.

Suite showed dropped canopy over bed on photo, was not in room. Breakfast to start at 8.30, but cook arrives at 8.30. Not an issue unless you need to be out by 9am which we did twice. He did rush to accommodate. Water on arrival, but no top ups on other days. Would have been a nice touch.

Great location, nice staff, excellent breakfast, nice room which was cleaned daily.

Felt a bit unsafe for a solo woman to walk until the property.

The walking distance from pick up points, food markets, the Jemaa el-Fna.

The nights were hard to sleep as the noise of motorbikes was so loud. The riad is super close to EVERYTHING-The souks and restaurants etc are on your doorstep, but it's very noisy.

On arrival to Marrakech, there was a 4 hour wait in Immigration-It was chaos and noone knew what was happening. We had no wifi/data and could not contact the hotel to ask if our airport shuttle would wait. Once we were able to get through immigration, we connected with wifi and 'Laila' from the riad spoke with me, even though she was off-shift and it was quite late. The driver had waited all that time! We were so grateful. My sister and I would have been a bit intimidated if we had to find our own way. The room was very very spacious and beautiful and it is pitch black at night which is nice.

Very hard to find. The phone number listed on booking.com goes to the owner living in France while he doesn’t want to help. The sign on the door mentions another hotel name. The sign beside the door is hidden by the tree. Then the person who works there said the no one had difficulty finding the place while someone else just entered saying they also had a hard time. Poor service.

    Very clean and nice property

The jacuzzi was NOT usable, filled with green algeas. We came during the hottest days in july, 46 degrees, and hoped to cool off...

Poor people sleeping in the streets with dirty cats, but that's certainly not the Hotel's duty to solve that issue.

Location is very close to Jemma-al-Fna, that's why we choose it ! Breakfast is quite simple but it is very maroccan, very fresh juice minute made for you with tasty tea or coffee. Room was OK, typically in one riyad, nothing less, nothing more. Staff very friendly as nearly everywhere in Marocco.

There is undisclosed city tax that will be added on top when you check out. And they prefer that in cash. \_(-.-)_/ You may be able to find some better deals a bit further away from the old city.

The location is great! It is within walking distance to most tourist attractions in Marakech. The room is a bit dark with windows opening into the courtyard, so we had that closed most of the time, and because of it, our room did feel a little stuffy and moldy.

The shower drain was too slow, causing the water to raise in the walk-in shower. The incline of the bathroom floor is well done and the water stays puddled in the shower area.

The riad is centrally located, but in a quiet side street. It is quiet at night. The staff are super friendly and kind. It was clean. The shades are excellent and the room can be darkened completely.

What I did not liked was, that I made the reservation for $284.81 and paid for thru Booking.com I was supposed to pay city tax at the Riad when I arrived I was told by Senaa the receptionist that I need to pay $16.24 for city tax and she charged my card $336.96 I have been trying to get reimburse but I was told via WhatsApp to contact Booking.com because no money was withdrawn. I contacted booking.com twice already and keep getting an automated message to send copies of all receipts which I did already twice, and it has been over 1wk and nothing has been done by either party. BEWARE WHEN THEY ASK TO COLLECT THE CITY TAX AT THE RIAD.

Nice staff everyone was very nice

The riad could be better with few details. The breakfast could be more various.

Overall our staying at the riad was good. The place is ok for a quick vacation but since we have tried other places we can say they could improve a little bit on several aspects. We had to pay 4 euros for printing just two papers (boarding pass). The breakfast was ok but not the best we have found. The cleaness was also good, but unfortunately we found one "blatta" in the bathroom.

Cleanliness - on the first day I noticed that our bed linen was covered in hair. Shower also had traces of recent use. They clean everyday, but do not change bed linen (we stayed for a week btw). Dead cockroach was also an unpleasant surprise. Breakfast - I’m not sure whether it’s normal for Moroccan breakfast or not, but the portions were small and included only sweet dishes (cakes, pancakes, honey, jam, etc.). Even sweet coffee.

Location was great. Riad is in the heart of old city very close to Medina. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were told before going through booking chat that breakfast starts at 8am but it was from 8.30am so we missed them and had to buy food everyday as normally the excursions start earlier (and we paid for breakfast included). We had nice and quiet neighbors in the other rooms but still you can hear everything from your bed. If you normally have problems with noises, I recommend to come soundproof prepared! (You can hear morning praying, street cats etc, but is also the enchanting part of the local experience!)

Almost everyone from the staff has been exceptional! We had our excursions very early in the morning so the young man from the kitchen staff one day prepared a quick “take away” meal for us few minutes before leaving. First night, the youngest man from the reception, came to pick us up from the taxi drop point as we were 2 girls alone at midnight. And the woman last day helped us to print our flight boarding passes at the last minute! Very thankful that we had all of them during our stay! The riad has also a beautiful rooftop and a very delicious breakfast! Room was very nice and lovely decoration, very clean and well equipped with all basic necessities.
