The sea view is actually only from the terrace. We had an apartment in the ground floor - almost without windows. To be fair, the owner informed us immediately after booking. There is no comfortable place to sit (sofa, chair with backrest).

Ground floor is an open space, all upper rooms have windows into shared shaft that leads directly to the ground floor room. As if you’re being observed by everyone else. Somewhat smelly and a bit dump.

A very good stay in Essaouira in an excellent location. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The apartment is very convenient with lots of space and an amazing ceiling.

The old charm of the building means that the centre of this property extends all the way up to the top of the building meaning you are exposed to a lot of noise from all the other properties. When I say noise, you can clearly hear others chatting and if they are louder it’s very disturbing. Unfortunately there was a lot of this throughout the night. The upstairs accommodation has some sort of water pump or heater that woke me up every time it was turned on as it was very noisy. The roof top terrace is very tired, scruffy and dangerous and it is not clear when you book that you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. If you don’t want to use the outside space and sleep like the dead, it’s a good option in a great part of town at a good price. But, not for me!

The property was well located for all the main attractions. There was a old world charm to the property and the facilities were good. The wifi was very good. The property is good value for money.

Unfortunately, there was occasionally a very unpleasant sewage odour coming from the shower drain in the bathroom. The big pillows were also very firm and not ideal for sleeping on, but the sleeping pillows alone were not thick enough. The cases on the big pillows did not seem they had been washed since the last visitors as they served more as decorative pillows.

Excellent location in the middle of the medina, but down a quiet street so was not too loud or busy. It was a beautiful apartment, and a very nice bright space! Lovely kitchen space too. Very comfy bed, and the view from the communal terrace space was outstanding. Very easy check in and checking out with very flexible hours which was much appreciated.

Apartment looking at the tiny street in medina It is cosy and clean We cooked, but it was not convinent. You do get access to the roof terrace, but it is not exclusively yours The view is not that great, especially on a foggy morning. Don't take sea view as the main reason to stay here. We parked for free near Bab Marrakesh along Av. de l'Hôpital It was convienent to stay connected via WhatsApp

Well We didn’t like that the terrace wasn’t prepared to be seated at , the apartment mentioned with sea view but the table and seats were in bad condition and we couldn’t sit for a longer time enjoying the view ( the views were amazing ) The weather was hot during the day to take a nap and during the night is humid if you close the window and there’s no Fan or AC

First of all Aziza helped us with fast an professional communication before arrival and booked a parking for us because we arrived during the festival of Gnawa , also helped with restaurants recommendation And offered to leave our bags in the Apartement after check out time The apartment was sunny and lovely simple decor Hats off to the person who choose the carpet 😍 The location was amazing ( close to everywhere ) and you can hear the waves in the early morning when the city is quiet

The sheets of the big bed were small. The apartment was good and clean but the alley smellled a bit of cat poops and pee.

The fact that the terrace on top is not used and could be a nice common space to watch the see.

We were i the apartment in the ground floor very well organise with two rooms for two, a common area and the kitchen and the bathroom with wc and separated shower. All very close to shops, bar and restaurant in the main road.

To me it was not clear and still isn’t on the description that the terrace is shared with the whole building, I had the little disappointment when arriving.

Aziza was very nice and helpful. The place is perfect for a stay in Essaouira!

Too many things are broken in this home. The place needs a renovation. Top floor unit shower lacks water pressure, bad smell from bathroom plumbing, broken tiles in doorway is trip hazard. Third floor unit has a leaky faucet, the chairs are broken...

Manager was very helpful. Excellent communications. Location was great.

We had to wash everything we wanted to use in the kitchen before we could use it. Had to make our own bed. The sea view is not from the apartment, it's on the roof of the same building up several flights of stairs (we didn't mind this but some might, it's disingenuous).

The location is great, just inside the Medina, a few minutes from great restaurants. Value-wise, it's a good option too. Two bed apartment for the price / location tough to match. The lady whose number we had was very responsive. Brought a new kettle within minutes when we needed it. Very friendly and professional.

Beautiful apartment with shared terrace with sea view. It had a good amount of space and was very comfortable. It was nice to have the open air living area but a bit chilly at night. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a problem with our other apartment and she promptly moved us. We are so thankful for her kindness

The apartment is modest and same as the photos. The only thing not specified in the description is that the dining room is located in a ""common area"" where the other rooms overlook - being in the heart of the riad.

Abdou is good host, the shower had a problem and he came promptly to fix it. Good position in the Medina and pretty close to the beach.

I really don't like the name of this accommodation is ' home with the sea view'. There is no view, hardly any window. The only view is when you climb up narrow staircase to the roof, where there is a tiny terrace, not in any way comfortable for having breakfast, so the photo is also very misleading. My room has a bathroom outside which I do not appreciate either for the money. It is in the corridor to the terrace where other people go up and it is a bit smelly. The standard of the place is ☆☆☆

I received good info how to get there and the owner was waiting for me at the door. Good location in the middle of the medina. Quiet, simple, clean room.

It was quite cold and dark in the flat - perhaps as a result of the autumn weather. In the windy day there were a bit horrifying sounds of the ocean and shaking doors and windows.

There was a great view of the ocean from the terrace which was just outside the bedroom door. Abdou was great about places to eat and the locality. The kitchen facility was a bonus, it was good to have a kettle available and also some crockery. Great value
