I love the staff and people at the hostel. Suleiman was very friendly, welcoming and happy person, he was available at all time and took me and other guests to the medina wall.

Shower area/bathroom area could have been maintained better, but as someone who is very clean it was still reasonable for the price. However in the dorm bathrooms I did find i cockroach ( just a quick heads up).

Great location if your looking to see the old Medina, it’s located right at the heart. You can wake and take a walk or enjoy a reasonably priced tour from the hostel and see the beautiful views and history of fez.

The shared kitchen could use a little TLC to be more accommodating, but it still works and has the things you need.

Fes is an amazing city, but this hostel made the whole experience 10 times better! I booked 2 nights, but kept extending because of the excellent staff. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. I felt at home here. Huge shout-out to Solaymane, possibly the nicest and most accommodating staff members I've ever met! He alone proves that Moroccans are some of the most hospitable people in the world. Anything you need, Solaymane is your guy! Also, breakfast every morning is a treat as well, the beds are very comfortable, and the place is spotlessly clean!

Nice wee hostel..all the rooms)dorms are off the central area, so it could get noisy. Decent breakfast and good time to meet people and maybe arrange the day with others "Jimmy" the guy in charge is a nice helpful guy

We arrived at the Hostel, there was a young guy Silimane. He greeted us very politely, made tea. He took us to see Medina. In the morning, there was breakfast, which the lady made every day, and also made sure it was clean. Silimane showed us various places to visit in Fez. In the evening, he invited us for dinner, which he prepared himself. We felt not like in a Hostel, but like at home, it was very family-like. I will highly recommend staying in the hostel to my friends because I really have very beautiful memories.

This hostel is so friendly and welcoming. Solaymane, the host goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable and will even come to meet you, if you find it hard to locate the hostel. Once you know where it is, it is very well located by the Medina. Solaymane makes it very easy to meet and mix with the other guests and socialise together, which is great as a solo traveller. A really homely hostel, would highly recommend.

Mag ne it would be nice to have a rule do not to talk loud in a living room after 23:00 or like that. Because if someone makes noises in the living room in every room you can hear it.

Omar is such a caring, hard-working and genuine host. He gave me slippers when he saw I was walking around in socks, gave me a bed in an all-girls room when it was free, asked whether I needed anything. I felt very welcomed, thank you so much!!

Everything was great!

The man running the hostel was amazing! Super nice and friendly and helpful, making me stay very nice and safe. He also double checked on me as I am a young solo female traveler and the hostel when I stayed only had older men. He made sure I was okay and felt comfortable as I booked the mixed dorm room which I really appreciated!
