The AC was a bit too cold and wouldn’t get warmer even though we tried to increase the temperature. Other than that nothing to complain about!

- It was very central (inside the Medina) but in a quiet place. - It was easy to get there - The staff was amazing and always ready to help. Samir was always available to support us (even before our stay started) and always worried about our well being. No matter the time of the day he was always there to help us, making sure everything was good for us. The other workers at the riad were also amazing with an excellent service. - Breakfast and dinner were also very good

The only thing lacking for us was a restaurant and the ability to purchase a wine or beer on the premises

Friendly, helpful staff went out of their way to book restaurants and hammam and assisted even with washing - lovely size rooms and bathroom, well serviced - delicious breakfasts served on terrace or round the delightful pool

NOTHING!!!! WE LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT.....need I say more! The max score I can give is 10, else I would have given a higher score. The breakfast was just amazing, both in service and content. There was something new every morning. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean and the housekeeping impeccable. Both Mustafa who looks after the property, and Samir the manager, were fabulous....very customer centric, but more importantly, awesome human beings! I would even go to the extent of saying that it felt like we stayed at our own home with our two family members. One of them was always there to help. We never heard a "no" to any question/request we had. Their Riad is also in the best location, a few steps away from everything you want to do. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, we would go again and again and again!

Suffered from wear and tear (windows and doors) but nothing bad enough to spoil the experience. Lighting in the bathroom could be improved.

The service was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The riad is 5mins walk from the main place (Jeema El-Fna), a fantastic stay in the heart of the Medina.

Not all taxi’s drop you in front of the riad.

The staff was friendly, kind..just amazing from day one. Leila’s breakfast was delicious. The Riad’s location is safe, very short distance from the square and the main road, but it’s also very quite insiste which I was quite surprised about. The rooms design was very unique, my mum and I absolutely loved our stay here. I definitely recommend!

This riad is a beautiful place combining typical Moroccan style and modern day comfort. The breakfast was both delicious and very instagramable:) The pool was always there to our daughter’s joy! Everything was great, but the best were the people: Semir, Mustafa, Leila, Ibrahim - they were so kind and open with helpful tips and a tray if tea ❤️ Sharing their hospitality and also bits of their life with us 🙏🏼

We loved everything

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk through the souks to the main square. It was a beautiful calm place to relax after the craziness of the outside. The roof terrace was amazing. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. I would definitely recommend a stay here and if we were to return to Marrakech (which I'm sure we will at some point) the I wouldn't hesitate in booking the same riad again. If it's your first time in Marrakech then I would definitely use the Raids airport transfer service rather than get a taxi from the airport, especially if you arrive at night. The souks can be intimidating at night and you will be pestered by locals offering to show you the way for a price. Using the riad taxi will eliminate this as you'll be taken to the door without being pestered. Although it is situated on a straight bit of path/road from where the taxi would drop you off the door to the riad is easily missed.
