Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The owner and his daughter greeted us and helped us set up our Wifi. The apartment was a great deal! Very well situated. You have to be able to climb stairs to get to the rooms but I definitely would stay there again and would recommend it.

GermanyA flat with this size should have a better heating in the winter, it was good to have the electric heater for evenings and cold mornings.
The place is perfectly located above the Faro Garden. That is perfect…. Everything is close. The flat itself is a very old beautiful spacious flat. Very basic, but all you need is there. You have space, it is calm inside the house, the shower worked good, water was warm.

United KingdomNo criticism however there's no mirror in the main bedroom to do hair/make up so you have to go to the bathroom but then there are no shelves or anywhere to put items. There are limited kitchen items - cutlery and pans, however it's felt eating out is the norm but something to be aware off. Be mindful that the apartment is the 3rd floor so there's plenty of steps to climb - especially if you have luggage or bags.
The apartment is a great space and even though it's in a central location you can block the noise with doors, windows and shutters. The location is fab to be able to get around - lots going on, busy bustle of a city. The host was a great, really helpful and would recommend. The apartment itself is spacious with beautiful high ceilings and the beds were really comfy.
