The breakfast was below average for a 5 star hotel. The food was plentiful but not particularly tasty. The pool snack bar was also quite expensive. (We were not all inclusive but breakfast was included). The location is also a bit awkward you couldn’t walk to the medina from this hotel, the shuttle is handy but it doesn’t run that frequently and the last shuttle from the town back to the hotel was 7:15pm (we were there in April)

The room was clean and comfortable and the pool facilities were excellent.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms was poor, apparently it isn’t turned on until it gets hotter, however it was too hot at night to sleep properly.

The pool area was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the food was fantastic. The staff were very friendly.

The one and only problem was the WiFi connection it was REALLLLY SLOW

The staff at kenzi menara went above and beyond to make me feel truly welcomed from the very start. The hospitality was exceptional, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It features a spacious pool area that’s perfect for relaxing, and the grand, impressive entrance sets the tone for what becomes a truly memorable stay. The rooms are very comfortable with cozy beds that guarantee a restful sleep, and the showers are consistently hot—something I really appreciated. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who made my stay so special, but thankfully a few stood out in particular. Ilham at the front desk was warm and helpful every time I passed through , she the sweetest person I’ve ever met in a hotel , while Mahdi and Mouad by the pool were always attentive and made every visit there a pleasure. I also have to mention the lovely nurse who looked after me with such care on a day when I wasn’t feeling well her kindness made all the difference. As for the food, I absolutely fell in love with the Italian restaurant. We ended up dining there three times, largely thanks to the incredible service. Taïb, our waiter, was simply wonderful, so kind, always smiling, and incredibly professional. His positive energy and attentive service turned each visit into something special and memorable.

The beds are lovely and big but the mattress is quite hard. A bit too hard for my back, unfortunately.

We booked the room with breakfast only. This worked well for dinner because we ate in the different restaurants available onsite. The Italian and the Moroccan restaurants are not included in the full board cost. You can get a reasonably priced meal at the pool bar for lunch. The buffet for lunch has a great selection but costs 40 euros a head. The smaller pool has a cover over it at night, so the water is warmer (we were there in March and it was low twenties. The big pool was still too cold. We were there during Ramadan, which makes the city quieter, and the resort was also quiet. It did not cause any difficulties with eating; we just made sure we only ate and drank in the places meant for eating and not on the street. The staff are very kind and helpful. They do speak English.

Convenient hotel with great location close to the old city, very, clean, spacious and private rooms, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and nice Italian restaurant Staff are very friendly and helpful ! They make you feel at home and they spoil you with taking extra care of you. I would like to specially thank Taib and also ilham the guest relation supervisors. I would like also to thank mehdi for the morning Pilates and his colleague mouad . They went above and beyond to help us We highly recommend this place

Food although of a really high quality by the end of the stay was repetitive. Restaurant staff very freindly.

Second stay at this hotel. Overall really enjoyed our stay. We have the same complaint as our last stay; some rude members of staff, in particular the reception staff who are very unhelpful even with the smallest of requests and make you feel very uncomfortable to the extent that they are rude and intimidating. They need to remember that they work within the service industry. Second are the pool bar staff , again very rude and condescending.
