My room toilet it seems that there is a leakage in toilet . Water is not flowing that well.

The bathroom had a terrible sewage like smell that kept getting worse. It's not an issue with the hotel, but it is considerably hard to find the place if you're going by car, since the GPS is of no great help. The hotel doesn't accept credit card so go prepared (the city has plenty of ATM's if necessary).

The staff were fantastic! Mouna and Oussama were so helpful and I learned a lot about Moroccan life from them. The location was close to the beautiful waterfall area and maybe 10 minute walk to Medina. The cook was great and I recommend d having a meal there

The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean , comfortable and spacious. The staff were excellent, friendly owner and Usama in particular on the front desk was super helpful and a credit to the hotel.

Mohammed rented me a room for 250 MAD and then Ilham charged me again 250. MAD. I got ripped off and I am not happy about that. Ilham should have respected the deal that Mohammed had made with me.

Mohammed was very nice but not available when we needed something from him. We always ran out of toilet paper.

The room was extremely cold and noisy from football ground and the bed very small for the couple also the pillows were uncomfortable they told us there's parking once we were there we discovered there's no parking and you need to park in public parking and pay.

The bed was very hard. It was very cold in the room. A seal was missing from the window, so we heard everything and the cold came in. It was cold in the evening. Next to the hotel directly a football field it was played twice a day, with drums and music, so we couldn't sleep. we would have been there for 2 nights but already left on the first night because it was unbearable. The employees were not bad but chefchauouen in general is not recommended
