Bathroom could use some maintenance (dripping water, missing shower hose, dirty shower curtain). The room was missing some essentials, such as “Do not disturb” sign, key for the safe, or a toilet brush. The towels were stained and floor dusty. The room window is facing a busy street and windows did not keep out the noise well. Every time the guests from above move a chair, the roof carries a disturbing sound of drilling- the room furniture could benefit from felt pads. We had unpleasant experience with the staff and laundry service, when the final bill was not what we agreed beforehand (original price 60MAD, price on the bill 180MAD), the bill included additional items. The staff tried to argue and make up random calculations on-the-go once we received incorrect bill. The attitude of the staff was rather arrogant. We contacted booking.com regarding the situation, and soon after we received a call from the hotel reception that informed us they would reduce the amount to 120MAD, which is still twice the initial amount. We decided to pay to avoid further hassle, yet feeling scammed. The breakfast was typical Moroccan and simple, and the staff in the restaurant was very kind. Overall experience was not something I would recommend to other guests.

King size bed with very firm mattress. Hotel is located 10minutes from Artistic Essemble market and 25minutes from CTM bus station by foot. We found a nice restaurant 5 minutes away, GM Cafe Gourmet.

Staff were rude, not helpful, did not want to help at all unless we booked an experience with them. The WiFi was useless and breakfast was non existent.

The room is old everything in that hotel is old when it comes to the room itself the bathroom is a disgrace rust in the shower heads rust under your feet in the bathtub the toilets are yellow the sinks are dirty and Rusty, the towels they give you are almost black you must bring your own towel, the staff is poor no smiles no hi no bye no nothing, the breakfast is the same everyday which is no problem, not worth the money use your money wisely in a different location close by everything is old inside, maaad mosquitoes everywhere I got eaten alive by them, only best thing is the location that's it.. definitely not be staying here again.

Breakfast waiting times were sometimes quite long. The breakfast served at the table was always the same, day in, day out.

The breakfast service was very bad. Didn't get the right beds for the first night. Reception staff were friendly. Some staff from the breakfast service were very unprofessional. The facilities are old and most of the things are broken. The price was too high compared to other places.

not to go there, I had to find another hotel. I kept my things there and I took some of my stuff to another 5 stars hotel. I think I was deceived by the photos on the site. for solo traveler is a bad choice. The restaurant for breakfast was of a bad taste as well.

Overall not a good choice to land in this hotel. I wonder how to tell about this hotel while I felt dreadful in my staying. I had an accident for one of the gust trapped in the lift for a while and she was screaming for help, horrible situation for her.

staff were rude and miserable and don't understand a word of English which is silly for a tourist area, WiFi connection absolutely rubbish may aswell have no WiFi at all. only serve set breakfast and it's bland and boring and wasps come and eat it all. the hotel itself is soooo dark in the reception area. we arrived at the hotel at 11am amd they told us our room would not be ready till 2pm and told us to come back later, even though a month prior we discussed our arrival time with them and they would arrange a room for us when we arrive. they only give one tissue roll at a time and it is the smallest roll ever. as we were leaving they accused us of not paying for our stay even though money was already taken from account through booking.com a month or so prior. they were unable to prove that they didn't receive payment even though I was showing confirmation through the booking.com site itself.hotel doesnt offer any excursions, they will show you this torn worn out folder from donkeys years ago with outdated excursions, we ended up looking online and booking excursions ourselves rather than through hotel. do not recommend at all.
