Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandVery authentic place with cozy flowered yard. I did like their included breakfasts, but you have to reserve a table in advance for dinner, so next time will do this for sure. The building is on the hill, so you can watch sunset and waves in a chair on the roof top - great time spending there. The hosts are so polite and welcoming that I will miss them.

BelgiumLe Hotel Kaouki is a unique stay. It is located a few meters from the beach in cozy Kaouki. We loved the rest and sloping down. There is no electricity and the hotel is atmospheric illuminated with candlelight. The hotel is well maintained and is very tastefully decorated. The owner and staff are very friendly. A nice place to unwind. I sincerely hope that the hotel will maintain and stand up to its character against the 'hip' trend. I hope this by extension for the whole of Kaouki.

GermanyA very special and friendly place. We enjoyed the beautiful candle light dinners in the restaurant and would definitely recommend to choose the half board option as the home cooked meals are highly recommendable. As there is electricity only in the reception area- where you have good wifi and can charge your phone- the rooms are lit with candles at night- you start to really relax after a couple of days. We had a great time and I wish we could have stayed longer!!!
