Location is outside Marrakesh, and it costs money (approximately 200 Moroccan dirhams) to visit the Riad Qodwa using a taxi from the city centre. However, good news is that there was a free shuttle to the city once you leave the Riad in the morning.

Staff were very friendly. Luxurious treatment. Breakfast was an open buffet, very delicious. Internet speed was great. Rooms were beautiful. Peacocks and cats were friendly.

Location is great if you have a car you can escape the stress of and chaos of Marrakech. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. No trash on the ground. The staff we kind and helped me get some laundry done.

The location is very isolated. I didn't mind too much as i wanted to be away from the centre but there's literally nothing around the accommodation. So you can't just go to a shop or to another restaurant. There's 1 teeny shop down the road that sells snacks and drinks. My main issue was the restaurant, it was cheap but it was bad. So dry and bland. And worst part was i HAD to eat there as i had no other choice. Kinda ruined the holiday abit for me. I think i enjoyed 1, maybe 2 meals the whole time i was there, which was 5 days. Waitress is lovely but please invest in new chefs as i can imagine many people may not return because of the restaurant. Also the waitress was clearly overworked and 1 night i had to wait almost an hr for my bland meal. I know it can't be helped but PLEASE prewarn customers how long the meal will take before they order as i honestly would have rather just not ate.

My room was spacious and very clean. Lovely view onto the grounds and mountains. Pool areas were nice and relaxing Staff were friendly and helpful

There were a lot of bees somedays at the breakfast area.

Lovely place with a nice pool. I loved the cats and the peacocks joining brekafast every morning. There is a free shuttle to town two times a day.

Very beautiful hotel, nice house and surroundings. Breakfast buffet that is very good with newly baked pancakes, bread and fresh juice. Helpful and nice staff that speaks good English. Very nice pool.

We loved how calm and relaxing the Riad was, surrounded by beautiful nature. My kids especially enjoyed the cats and peacocks. The staff were very kind and helpful, and everyone seemed happy. The gentleman who opens the gates in the car park was particularly friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were hardworking, kind, and always smiling.

Some of the equipments (ex shower) looked a bit old and a renovation would be needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Qodwa. - Friendly and helpful staff - very nice garden and pool area (did not try the pool as water was too cold in january). - Excellent breakfast. - Strong Wifi - Comfortable rooms with plenty of It's located outside Marrakech and in the middle of countryside so consider having a rental as a must

Breakfast was in the restaurant, in another building, the opposite side of the pool. It wasn't heated. I would recommend the owner to think about it, when you are just awake, you don't want to eat your breakfast in the cold, or go outside. This wasn't like this a few times before in the summer.
