Just for you to know: there do is wifi but it is a bit poor.

Amazing location literally in the middle of the desert, super cool infinity pool, very premium rooms, comfortable beds, great restaurant. Plus, there is space for just a few guests so there is a certain intimacy.

The menu was only in French so took some google translate work to figure out our food order, I believe some English menu would be beneficial as majority of guest at the time of our stay were English speakers. It would be helpful if the staff could give an overview upon arrival eg we had to enquire about breakfast time, did not know when the evening show starts and etc.

We opted for Deluxe Suite and it was beautiful & very private. Everything was well looked after and very clean and our bed was super comfortable. Evening programme is definitely a bonus!

The location is fantastic and the rooms exceptional given that you are in the middle of the desert! Jamal and the rest of the staff were very attentive and the food was of a very good standard and reasonably priced given that you are essentially bound to eat there unless you have your own transport.

nothing really, it does get a bit cold in the evening so make sure you have warmer clothes but there are fires in the room and great fire bit that you can sit round so it didn't bother us.

We had the most amazing time at Oxygen lodge, the staff we fantastic and really helpful, Jamal particularly made sure we were well looked after. The room was fantastic, really large and clean with a great wood burn for the colder evenings. We went quad biking and on a sunset camel ride which was all organized perfectly by Oxygen lodge. The views and location are stunning it was truly a magical place to stay, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

My only gripe that isnt the end of the world was just how cold the pool was however I cant complain as it was 32 degrees when we went but hadnt quite warmed up yet. - The pool was ICE cold.

Uninterrupted views and quality of accommodation was second to none. We went for our babymoon and it was everything we wanted and more.

We had amazing stay however it would be nice if someone welcomed us and tell us more about the room, Wi-Fi password, breakfast time etc as we were just left there without any word and taken to the room. Also there was no English menu but overall it was beautiful and we highly recommend it!!!

Our stay here was great! The staff were super kind and attentive as well as helpful. The place itself is fantastic, it's absolutely beautiful with a great pool and plenty of places to relax and unwind. The food is also really great and exceeded our expectations, especially at dinner where there was live music. The room is clean and really lovely and so are all of the facilities. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves!

The resort was beautiful and well laid out. The deluxe suite was luxurious and comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and very kind. The food was tasty. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the setting is relaxing and beautiful. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer

Romantic, good food, great views. We visited when it was very rainy and unexpectadly cold, but even though had a very unique experience. Even though sky were not clear we had the fireplace and wine in the room and spent a great time there. The view of the Atlas mountains full of snow, from the desert, the next morning was one of the stunning views we have ever seen.

The tent had actual walls behind the tent, so not fully what was expected. There are no ways to reach the reception from your room if needed but WiFi was decent so staff give you WhatsApp option.

The staff make a big difference to the stay, very discreet and always at your service. The lunch and dinner was excellent and the views were very unique. We were looking for a desert experience. Note this is not real desert with sand, but more like dirt. There are only camels, a few tent hotel, quads and buggies around. Lovely pool and wasn’t expecting shower room and toilet room in our tent, so a nice surprise. Great for families as our tent had one large bed and 3 smaller beds/sofas.

We had asked to book a hot air balloon ride, but when we got there I was told that it was not confirmed. Apparently, they have had issues in the past where people have requested this and canceled at the last minute, leaving the property stuck with the bill. It was have been nice if we were told this so we could have secured the reservation with a deposit. However, they did get us the reservation (at a time that was actually more convenient than the original early morning departure) so it all worked out great. Another (slight) issue was, on the last day the tent ran out of hot water - I am sure they would have fixed it if we had asked, but since we were in a hurry, just used the cold(ish) water - invigorating!

Lovely location and the tent was really nice - good quality furnishings and spacious. The dining area and other common areas were exceptional. The food is priced reasonably and great - a pleasant surprise since they pretty much have a captive audience as you can't really eat anyplace else unless you book a taxi to take you (which would be a hassle and kind of beats the purpose of staying in a place like this). The staff was very polite and the service was great. Overall, a unique and enjoyable experience. We had called ahead to arrange for a car to pick us up from the previous location - the car was on time, and the driver was very pleasant and polite. The facility had arranged for a camel ride which was excellent as well. Did some nice desert (rocky, not sandy) hikes just walking out of the property.
