MoroccoThe room were extremely dirty. The cleaning ladies were limit rude and did not like it qhen we told them that the rooms and especially the toilets were dirty. The food was not that good. We had executive rooms, but the only special thing we had was the breakfast vip lounge.. The food court was a mess. A total chaos. No management at all.

MoroccoEverything! Except the staff and the animation. I Booked a room with one King bed, however; we go a room with 2 single beds affixed to each other. Since Day 1, scandals took place at the reception front office. It Was extremely over crowded, that we needed to take queue of 20 People to get a slice of pizza. The quality of the food selection was mediocre.

TurkeyVery limited staff comparing with high demands of customers. Old premises with plenty technical issues. Especially the ones like air conditioner, bath tube drainage or water in the shower kind becomes terrible when maintenance team is overloaded and you can't get them fixed quickly.
All food (if you can get them) are good; but options are limited. Thematic Restaurant are average but making a reservation was so difficult. Hot; but windy environment is perfect for Sunny Summer Vacation. Unfortunately sea was very agitated and couldnt enjoy privilege of Mediterraenean Sea

United StatesThe only and major downfall was the loud noise from the restaurant/ bar/ nightclub that right in front of our room. We did not sleep a wink every single night we were there which made it a horrible experience. I paid good money to stay in a sea view room which it was but the horrible noise all night destroyed our vacation. My next stay would be in one of the other hotels far away from Radisson blue because of the noise.
The first thing I noticed was the beautiful treatment of the staff. I was mesmerized by all of the respectful and the enormous attention to details. The food was plentiful and awesome. PortugalI would suggest that the walkway to the beach area is extended. Sand is too warm and it makes it difficult to reach the sun beds. Having a beach bar would be a plus!
The hotel is very new and has a calm relaxing feeling. Pools are nice and warm, plenty of sun beds. The best part is the service. That’s where this hotel is truly 5 star level. A lot of attention to detail, especially in the restaurant area.
