Room was directly next to the breakfast area and therefore very noisy. A few ants in the room. In general, the room was not worth 70 Euros. Wouldn't spend more than 40.

Breakfast was very nice, changing slightly every day. A good variety and plenty of food. Personell was friendly and helpful at all times. Nice artsy decorations everywhere.

Hotel is located in the old medina and it’s hard to get the big luggage there, the street looks abandoned and dirty and it is noisy at night. Although there was a de-humidifier working all the time, the room felt very humid and had a bad smell. No place by the bed to put the small belongings like phone.

Wonderful staff, cozy atmosphere, traditional Moroccan decoration in some parts, nice terraces, free tea/coffee, very good breakfast. Nice smell and elegant artistic details. Comfortable check in system with the key. Comfortable beds. Nice decoration in the rooms and useful things like cotton pads and sticks.

Got to be honest here we slept really badly. There are children and teenagers who play football outside on the street late into the night. Again this is not the hotels fault but makes sleeping hard! The room itself was fine - seemed clean enough - but did have a bit of a damp smell circulating in the toilet. Would have been good to have some clothes storage or a towel rack, there was nowhere to put our things.

The staff were lovely - really friendly and welcoming. We unfortunately didn't sleep well due to excessive street noise (which I get is entirely not the hotels fault) and they were very understanding and actually moved us to a different accommodation they also own down the road, which was much much better. Breakfast was nice, and the room we had was large.

it was raining for some of our time in Essaouira so the hotel didn’t benefit from bright sunshine on the roof terrace. however, the promotional photos make the hotel look fresher and more colourful than it is. some of the decor is a bit tired in reality, and our room had a musty smell. for the money it’s fine, but the pictures led us to expect better.

We thought that we paid 100% of the money online when booking the stay, but the staff demanded some tax from us when we were leaving that could only be paid by cash. And it would be all fine if not for the fact that they didn’t mention it on our arrival but only when we were leaving. Also, the person there took more money than the 15eur shown in the app. We were caught by surprise. Since we were leaving and weren’t able to use cards we didn’t have enough cash for the tax and taxi to the airport! We almost didn’t make it to our plane on time because of that! It cost us a lot of stress…

The breakfast was a very nice experience, but it was served only from 8:00 and we found it a bit late.

The WIFI was not good in the room, I gave my laundry and it was not dry after 3 days. The staff is kind but you can tell that they are starting and they lack professionalism.

We enjoyed the terrace, the kindness of the staff and the location.
