Excellent breakfast. Great host. Claude the host was extremely kind and helpful. He met us from the taxi and took us to the Riad ( the location is down alleys as are most Riads in the Medina).

Stayed here for 3 nights over recent half term. The riad looks better in real life than in the photos! It is calm, clean and the owner was really welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Our ground floor room was authentically decorated and breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace for a sundowner :) Would definitely stay here again; thank you, Claude.

Initially, we got a room that had a bad smell, but the host accommodated us into another room, which was smaller. The terrace area was not open for dining.

The host was a really nice person. He tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were served fresh, tasty orange juice every day.

The only thing that I'd say I didn't like was getting lost finding the Riad at times, but that's down to my horrible sense of direction and it is all part of the experience!

The breakfast was great, Claude was very accommodating with breakfast options and timings. The Riad itself was beautiful and it really made my time in Marrakesh.

Slightly tricky to find as online maps wasn’t accurate for me. But, once you know where it is, very easy to find your way back and to navigate to other parts of the Medina.

Bright, clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation with a delightful host who welcomed me with tea and ensured I knew my way around to all the popular sites. Freshly squeezed orange juice and the best scrambled eggs I’ve had in Morocco were also a highlight of the included breakfast. Also the cheapest laundry service I’ve paid in Morocco.

The Riad is located in a safe and nice street of la Medina, with easy access to major touristic attractions and restaurants. Mr Claude was a perfect host! Attentive to any request. I felt at home!!

If for some reason you need to have a Zoom meeting the wifi may not be fully up to the task. But, honestly, why even come to Marrakech if you need to be having Zoom meetings? We didn't have any trouble with Amazon Prime or Netflix, but only used them briefly.

The proprietor, Claude, was an outstanding host in every way. Not only did he accept our reservation made literally minutes before we arrived, he spent considerable time explaining to us how to get around in the medina, where to find vegetarian-friendly restaurants, and key sites to visit. Despite our poor French skills, he was very patient and friendly, breaking out a large map and making sure we understood where everything was and how to make our way back to the riad in the evenings. The riad, itself, is bright, clean, colorful and comfortable, balancing cultural features with contemporary conveniences. We are vegan and Claude made sure our breakfast was vegan-friendly, healthy and delicious. The location was also very convenient - we walked there from the Marrakech train station - providing easy access to the larger medina, including the famous Jmaa el-Fnaa square, and the various souks within the medina. We highly recommend Riad Azza, Claude and his friendly staff.

Breakfast was varied each day, which was nice. It was very good. Yummy fresh yoghurt, fresh breads, honey and preserves, Crepes, soft boiled eggs and the Fresh squeezed Orange Juice was the BEST!!!

Just spent 5 nights at the Riad Azza. Was an excellent stay. The Riad architecturally is stunning. The room was lovely and very clean as was the bathroom. It is very well located with the main square just a 10 minute walk away. Claude the owner is excellent. He is friendly and extremely helpful. Will orientate you to the local area and provide you with a complimentary map of Marakech. He knows the City very well and will point you in the right direction with where to go, what to avoid. He will book Taxis and Spa sessions for you at competitive prices. He will tailor your breakfast to you in terms of taste and time. I would highly recommend anyone to stay @ Riad Azza when visiting Marrakech.

In the mornings good coffee, pancakes with million holes and fresh orange juice were our favorites! I loved the interior design of the riad with dark wooden furniture. Location was excellent and behind charming and well maintained alleys. House was quiet and no noise disturbing during the nights. We were helped by the management with great friendlyness.🤗

Nothing, everything was excellent!

Very elegant and stylish riad. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. A quiet and peaceful haven a stone’s throw from the bustle of the medina. The host was helpful and welcoming and a true gentleman. Excellent overall and highly recommended - we liked it so much we booked another night before our return flight home. Chapeau Monsieur Claude!
