So, first of all, I really liked the Riad: how it was decorated, how it was divided, the rooms, and the way the staff welcomed me. I found it very comfortable, and I felt at home, which is exactly what I look for when I travel. I want to feel at home; I want to feel not just like a guest but truly welcomed, appreciated, and not just like a “walking dollar bill”. It’s very quiet, and that’s important for those who not only want to immerse themselves in the chaos of Marrakech’s Medina but also have a peaceful space to relax, take a nice hot shower, rest, and sleep to recharge for the journey. I found this really interesting. I usually travel staying in hostels, but sometimes they can be too chaotic, especially when I’m on the road or backpacking. But this Riyadh was exactly what I needed—it was the perfect way to end the trip. I really needed to relax while still enjoying the energy of Marrakech at the same time. Breakfast is amazing too! You actually don’t even need lunch after that!

The best hospitality treatment i have ever received. From the staff oh mine! They were really lovely, friendly and amazing. They made me feel at home. The riad was 100% clean. The breakfast was very good. I can go on and on But in all, I will give a 10 out 0f 10. When next I visit marrakech, I will choose RAID CHOCOLAT

Beautiful place, off the beaten track but within walking distance to all the souks and even Jardin Majorelle. It has lots of personality and beautiful aesthetics but is also quiet and comfortable. The staff are amazing and will take good care of you.

Location is basically 2km from medina center, so you have to walk a bit to come and go everyday, including to go out for dinner.

Extremely cosy Riad, very well decorated, and with superior quality of bed, cloths, towels. Christine and the team were very welcoming and we had a private counselling on what to do around. Super nice! Seems to be quite fresh in summer time.

Breakfast was served anytime after 8am which is convenient that one is not rushed. They serve as you cone. Hot and a lot of food. Rooftop patio was beautiful comfortable and had two levels for privacy. Hot water was ample for a family of four. Eric is very helpful. The other staff was nice and would clean our room every day.

The Wi-Fi was a little unreliable and the immediate surrounding area was perhaps not the best (didn’t feel unsafe), though it was a short walk away from the souls and city centre.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The hotel had a charming interior and a beautiful terrace. Overall, I would have no hesitations recommending people to stay here! Very satisfied 😊

The landlord is very nice. Before I arrived in Marrakesh, the landlord gave me a lot of useful advice, including routes, food, safety precautions, and even helped me contact the hot air balloon project. Thank you very much. The breakfast at the hotel is local and rich in flavor. Every day, there are staff members cleaning and tidying up the room. The hotel is located in the southeast direction of the old city, which I think is also very convenient. Every day when I go out, I pass by a local market, and eating and shopping are very cost-effective. Thank you.

Riad Chocolat is a cuddle ! In the Medina but not in the Middle of the noisy! Dominique and her staff are special people, the room ( i get the suite) is amazing ! Everything is clean and cared for! Great experience, beautiful Riad with lovely hosts. It is located in a more quiet part at the edge of the Medina, a nice 20 min walk to Jmaa el Fnaa. Loved the scented soap in the room. And the beautiful roof terrace! The breakfast was very good as well.
